Our dog, Chaga, had 9 puppies in her litter. I'm putting out a bonus video every week to show their progress. This is the first update at one week old. They are about 3 times their birthweight and growing fast every day.

Omg they were so stinkin perfect!! I wouldn’t have been able to put them down I would’ve been struggling them constantly! And gotten so attached! That’s the hardest part! Giving them to good homes cuz u wanna keep them all but it’s just not practical or affordable…God bless You all did so good …..Chaga is such a good mama

I’ve recently been thinking of breeding my golden retriever and this would be the first time. So I was wondering do you have any advice? Like what to do if one dies and what I should feed them? And if you see this do you have anymore tips?

I’m not an expert on this, but there is a lot more veterinarian advice online. The mother feeds them exclusively for the first 3 to 4 weeks and we’ve never had a puppy die, but you would write it into the contract just in case. It comes with inherent risks.
