Honestly super proud of Puppet and Foxy for their efforts. They are both right. Moon is doing all of this to punish himself. He knows he should’ve listened to Eclipse but he won’t admit that. He’s doing all of this for selfish reasons. But there is still time for him to come back. Hopefully.

Moon ignoring Eclipse made him lose Solar, and in trying to bring Solar back, he's once again ignoring Eclipse, causing him to lose the rest of his family.

It just occurred to me that Moon isn't even in the cognitive mindset to realize that Lunar is also technically in danger of being killed by the Astrals. Furthermore, Moon would essentially have no way of stopping Leo and Taurus from doing so either. And if they did end up killing Lunar, Moon would probably go into a worse mental state than he already is. Granted, Lunar is actually putting in the effort to change and control his powers and emotions. It's all a series of chain reactions that would ultimately lead to dire consequences if one doesn't snap out of their unstable frame of mind.

Foxy is so good at cutting through the bullcrap, ego and dramatics and getting to the real heart of the matter. He doesn't realize how important him being 'just a guy' is to the entire crew. But at least Moons confronting the real reasons why he's doing all this, even if he tries to justify it with more self-deprecation. You know, you talk yourself into believing that 'this is just the sort of bad person I am'... and people can't help their natures, right? Except thats bull. Moon is actively trying to change his nature for the worse. Foxy was right. If Moon is going to be selfish, he should just realize that his actions are just that. No grand thing attached to that. No 'this is how Moons are cuz we are tragic and evil' type of emo dramatics. He just wants to do something selfish, knowing that it will hurt the people he cares about. I mean, I think there is genuine care for his family mixed in there. but his actions are not noble and at least Moon is the process of no longer trying to delude himself into believing that they are. I love Moon, but I'm waiting for somebody to slap him. Honestly a physical fight might actually be good for him right now. Pull him out of his head.

If Moon is still refusing to listen, Eclipse needs to bring back Solar in his own way before Moon can, and then Solar can go to Moon and rip him a new one for being selfish.

Maybe Evil/Dark Sun should stop being so vague and outright tell Moon what's going to happen if he keeps trying to do what he's doing. And the consequences that would happen after. Because at this rate, Moon isn't going to listen to anyone.

I don't think that Moon realizes that he's going down the same path that Sun did when Sun was set on killing Eclipse. And what did that do? It led to Sun accidentally destroying Moon's magic circle, trapping Moon in his own head with no way out. And to save Kill Code, Moon got reset (died) as a result And Eclipse managing to escape. So even if Moon actually succeeds in bringing Solar back, he might just lose someone else in the family. (and they haven't had any backups made, so they would be gone for good.)

It's good though Puppet directed him to Foxy after all of that, just to talk to a friend about his problems.. would be very therapeutic in sense. Cause during that conversation they had, Foxy understood where Moon was coming from since Foxy shut everyone he cared about out too. But he knew that that wasn't the way to go, his efforts and Puppet's were really good to try to get Moon out of the darkness. But Moon just doesn't want to leave it.. he really is being selfish in a way, because he's not doing this for his family or even really for himself. It's really good for Moon to hear what outsiders to the whole situation think about that. To get the observers perspective that is ultimately more neutral. Moon is still very logical even when his psyche is unstable right now. Moon is probably also riddled with survivors guilt at this point, both over Solar and Old Moon. Moon, if you really want to make your family happy, then go back home and be with them. This is everything you have to do. And you all can work on bringing Solar back together as a family. 🌙💔

I’m only 21 min in. And I’m really hoping that this reels moon in, at lest a little bit. For as much as I like angst and want the angsty path of moon bringing solar back by killing someone, solar getting mad and moon realising his mistake. I do also love wholesomeness and would love them to be a happy family, maybe moon could realise his mistake before making it and listen to eclipse and use his way or find another way on his own. Obviously this is the writers story and they can do whatever they want with it.

I've been getting really existential lately about what makes a Moon or a Sun or an Eclipse. I thought about all the different dimensions out there and the thing that all Moon's have in common is... (drumroll please) 🥁🥁🥁 🎉Their Name🎉 That is not a joke. Yes, there are few similarities some Moon's share. But ALL of them? Hell no! Every Moon we've met or heard of have been drastically different from the other: Feral Moon, Swapped Moon, Ruin Eclipse is technically a Moon, Dark Sun's dead Moon who Dark Sun outsmarted and killed, Cringe Moon, Solar's Moon, the Sun with no Moon. We can't even say that blue with stars represent Moon, because of Frank is also a 'Moon model' that's wearing blue and stars and Goose Moon has none! Same with every Sun and Eclipse. That stupid way of thinking is how Dark sun caught Eclipse in the first place!

There is a very simple question that could have been asked here. "Do you have to be like other Moons?" Because Moon has a choice. They all do. And New Moon had a place he could start fresh, and he was doing so well at first. And I don't think he took Old Moon's words the way that Old Moon intended them to be taken. You can unrestrict yourself without sacrificing morals. Work creatively within them, one day he would have found a method that worked, or heck, just LISTEN TO ECLIPSE! Last time he didn't, and this was Eclipse v2 (yes i mean v2. Specifically when he said something about when his brother is dying in his arms to remember back to what he said.), it led to Solar dying. He is just impatient, and that is leading him down one of the worst paths he could have gone down. Old Moon is literally rolling in his grave because of what New Moon is doing now. So much so that he had woken up again to confront him, himself, and tell him that what he is doing is wrong. And New Moon still refuses to listen. Eclipse's method is likely the better solution to this whole mess, but Moon is too dang prideful to listen. Too deadset on seeing him as his rival, even though Eclipse is the more sane (and caring, even if he won't admit it out loud) one out of the two now. Moon, just listen to Eclipse for once if you don't want to lose more than what you already are losing.

Please let them knock some sense back into him! He's lossing it and we gotta stop him from burning any more bridges.

See, Foxy should have brought up his old self. The old Foxy was smarter, more cunning. But he was a bad person that people didn’t like. Moon was that too, he was less willing to hurt others and in turn, his family was happy. But now Moon’s trying to be better than his old self, while forgetting that he was already “better”. He just isn’t as extreme. Moon needs to see that he wasn’t a downgrade just because he was holding himself back.

I hope this talk with Foxy helps Moon when hes by himself really think about what he is doing and maybe try to look into a more stable and moral way of getting Solar back. Well done Foxy, you did your very best to try and help Moon ❤ xxx
