Puppy Hunt at J&J Fox Pen 6/19/21

Some of the fastest fox hounds in NC gather here today to see who is the fastest. did I mention it was a puppy hunt so everything was 10 months and under! Talk about near to see some of this dogs have the light bulb moment right in front of you. While some were out there running like old dogs. It’s great to see ppl come together to have some good ol country fun. Fox pen field trial

I love it. A dog show comes on Saturday morning called Dog Tales. My Plott glances over every once in awhile but has never watched a whole show. Ya dog is cool!

I've watched the video 3x's and reached out to one of the owners. We lost our Foxhound a month ago...he was 14 and 2 months. Now, I've watched all of Bo's hunt videos. Nice work! I really enjoy them!

There were some good young hounds in that pen, but there were a lot of “also ran” in there as well. Great video!

Yeaaa you could tell some of those pups had just been started with older dogs and they hadn’t broke off from the following stages

I just found these video's. Y'all ever in Tennessee me and my dad have rabbit pen. He's judged fox hound trial's for years with a man L.Caegle. I'm not sure his name is spelled correctly, could be k. They just ride together. You and few friends more than welcome to run your hounds. I have bear/hog,fox and coon hounds. My dad only sticks to beagle's. He just came back from attending a trial( just watched). I'm gonna subscribe,keep on posting. Pups had a good run, they'll come to themselves. I got two right now,nothing out of one. Other's going to be a beast. A day late A.fools joke!

That last comment was about the dog not hunting. Y'all welcome anytime we need to do lil cleaning up first. There is outhouse and small building for shelter. Stove to cook,but mr.buddy with very lil heat. Lol

n Virginia…trapped foxes are dumped into Fenced in enclosures where dogs(foxhounds) are allowed to rip them apart alive. NONE make out alive:( They are being trained to kill small animals. Why? For money earned to rent the pen out to "train" the dogs to be killers and then used in betting competitions. My friend just had her Shih Tzu shaken to death by one of these foxhounds with a number 20 painted on it's body in front of her house. She lives in the middle of 30 acres and never had a problem letting her pet go outside.**** owns one of these pens. Ironically...a State Farm Agent...Clarksville VA and Chase City VA...."Like a good neighbor"...not! He allows a continuation of cruelty to wildlife on his personal property 7 days a week. What else can one call it except malicious and cruel...abusive. horrific with no good end To innocent wildlife animals? Wild foxes are baited and trapped into these fenced in enclosures ...they howl during the day to try and locate their mothers..fathers...and siblings.none are alive after being shredded apart by foxhounds being trained to kill small animals. THE OWNERS OF THIS PEN , THEIR CHILDREN AND WIVES AND OTHERS SHOULD BE PUT IN A LIONS DEN AND EXPERIENCE THE SAME! PIG PEOPLE ON THE LOWEST FORM.

Lotus,calm down. It's a sport for working dogs. Some dogs bred chase balls. Who's fighting for that balls life? Over half of the time my dear that's not even a fox. They are called coyote. Now coyote kill for fun. I'm sorry you've encountered some crooked inexperienced hunters before but what's going on here is very legal. Nothing is getting killed and it's for points. Just numbers not blood. My daddy owns a rabbit pen in TN.and yes it's full of lil brown safe bunnies. We run hell out of em. Lol! Have a nice afternoon.

So after the competition is over do you guys let the foxes or coyotes go or do we just torture them day in and day out and then eventually put them down? If the latter that is scummy, legit just playing games with another animals life, torture is what it is idk how yall even get amusement out of this, must have had messed up childhoods to even enjoy this
