পুরীতে মিত্র ক্যাফে উদ্বোধন হয়েছে বেশ কিছুদিন হলো। তারই স্বাদ নিতে আমি এবার গিয়েছিলাম পুরীর মিত্র ক্যাফে তে। দীঘার মিত্র ক্যাফেতে খাওয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল বেশ ভালো। এখানে মানে পুরীতে মিত্র ক্যাফেটি স্বর্গদ্বোওয়ার থেকে প্রায় ৫০০ মিটার দূরে। রেস্টুরেন্টে সাজ সজ্জা বেশ ভালো এবং এক বনেদী ছোয়া লক্ষ্য করা যায়। খাবারে অর্ডার করেছিলাম মাটন থালি যার দাম ছিল ৩১০ টাকা প্লাস জি এস টি। থালীতে ছিল ডাল, পোস্ত ,মাটান চাটনি, পাপড় , বাসমতি চালের ভাত, বাসন্তী পোলাও, দই আর পান। সবকটা খাবারের মধ্যে আমার মাটন টা ও পোস্তটা বেশ ভালো লেগেছিল । বাসন্তী পোলাও খুব ভালো ছিল। ডালটা মোটামুটি ছিল। দইটা খুব ভালো ছিল। তবে আপনারা যদি অনেক জন মিলে আসেন থালি অর্ডার করাটা বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ হবে না। সেক্ষেত্রে আ লা কার্টৈ অর্ডার করলে ভালো হবে । আমি পুরীতে বিভিন্ন মানের হোটেলে খাবারের ভিডিও করেছি অতীতে । এখানকার মান মিডিয়াম দামের দিক দিয়ে। খুব বেশি না খুব কম না। আমি নিচে আগের ভিডিওগুলোর লিংক দিয়ে রাখলাম যদি ইচ্ছা হয় দেখতে পারেন । ধন্যবাদ।
