Maybe the roommate found out something really damaging about his Korean Cyber security major roommate. Seems odd we as an American educational institution would be training certain people in the art of cyber security. At first brush it seems risky for our own sake to share such knowledge. The media stated the reason the suspect was classified as a foreign national is that his family moved back to Korea. It must be South Korea of course. Who knows but Universities are a big business and rely on foreign student money especially in Graduate levels of study. They must or will offer curriculums which attract such funding. Those would be all fields or engineering and sciences not humanities. Maybe not. It could have been simple jealousy.
