How do people these days afford such big ass gyms!? I tried back in the 90’s and it was impossible were I live! Just took way too much money! So hands down to you guys doing in this era 👍🏻

I say the same thing the A/c alone the amount of cardio equipment staff etc and they are charging less than the 90s

And then the new pieces of equipment are like $5-15k each and they're buying a 100 of them, not including gym level cardio machines. Its crazy. Gym I go to just got 5 new pieces after 2 years after opening because he could finally afford them. He wasn't turning a huge profit for over a year. We have a decent amount of members, but 24 hr utilities probably kills him. Either their membership fees are huge or they have a crazy amount of members. I can't imagine they're making a profit anytime soon. Pure looks likes they're (multi)million dollar gyms.

To be honest i think with Tim its literally a posing thing. Yes he has a wide waist but theres ways of making it look smaller. He also thrusts his hips forwards in his back shots where it would benefit him more if he stuck his glutes out like the adjustment quint made to show more adductors and then will also change the way his waist looks from the back. On another note, great podcast as usual! 21:58

Sounds worse than leasing. Just do the same thing on Turo, buy a car and rent it. I've seen people turn 1 car into a dozen on there.

I wouldn't call him mediocre, he actually has a lot of pro wins. Some people know they can't win the O so they collect show wins. Still a great competition history. I'm not excusing the fact he's annoying though, it's like dude just wait an extra half hour/hour and you're done with the show.

I don't know about New Jersey, but I'm in Washington state. A lot of people skip jury duty. I've never heard of anybody being arrested for it. LOL. It's one of those things where they say you can be arrested but I've never in my life. Heard about it

Because they send you it through regular US postal service regular mail, who's the say the person who blows it off even received it?. They don't send it certified mail or anything. Imagine how many people just blow it off. Thousands of people do because they just never opened up their mail or they thrrw it out as junk mail. There's no warrant that goes out for your arrest. A lot of people don't even use US postal service anymore. So unless that thing comes certified where you have to sign, there's no way for them to ever know you even received jury duty.

Do not touch the kratom antonie, guys like us that got a addictive personality will struggel. Its not hard to detox but the mental energy of the cravings. Becomes on n off use n hard to feel good in the moment without it. If already detoxed from drugs this is a massive setback in mindset aka cannot wake up without dosing, use pre gym/post, use at night before a movie n food, before cardio n so on. To much mental energy wasted of weaning of this over n over. Also ruins joints, makes me stiff as a board in just days. Nathan tore both his biceps the same year he started n now nick

I was saying it was the coaches plan that allowed the body to get away from them. In that context I was actually suggesting that Matt allowed that to happen. Gotta love that they keep talking up their amazing female HD Muscle athletes YET refuse to have actually have any of them on. Instead, HD Muscle bring in a guy whos not an HD Muscle athlete to talk about HD muscle athletes. The women on your team, on the stage at the show, apparently with unbelievable physiques that blows your minds, yet wont spare them at least 10 minutes and talk about their prep and the show...
