Alexa, loved this so much. It really felt like I was hanging out at a friends house when in reality I’m at my desk working. In a future episode I’d love to hear about your Pilates journey. I’m considering taking a break from spin classes to try something else but I’m scared to get on a reformer and just doing a new work out in front of others. ❤❤
