My Bikes have a square frame and the clamps dont hold it tight enough ... is there a clamp for square bike frames ?

Wait wait wait? Is this for a US purchase that will fit a 2 in receiver?

You will need a 50mm tow ball. Other than changing the electrics plug to a US one, you should be able to attach. However, you should check your hitch downward permissible load rating as there is a lot of weight going on the tow ball. Also, as you can see from the tow ball example in the video, you will likely need a tow ball that has sufficient clearance on the neck part. I am in no way affiliated with Witter but from my experience of living here in Japan, we have an odd mixture of both US style hitches and European towbars and my advice stems from that experience.

You will be pushed to fit anything more than a small e-bike onto this. While strong enough, the fitted wheel trays are really too short - hence the offer to sell you extensions for these. Why? Surely the standard design should accommodate standard bikes? Even with the extensions fitted, there is only just enough spread to accommodate my small frame / 27.5" Cannondale. The extensions are just too weedy, as well as being expensive for a couple of plastic mouldings with no reinforcement. Loading becomes a pain, since the bike always wants to run off at back or front - thus you need two people. The ramp offered as an accessory is poorly designed: with no locking mechanism - just a crude hook that sits in a large slot - it tilts easily to let the bikes slip off as they move up it, and it isn't adequate for fat tyres: being almost the same width as them it is thus too thin to offer any leeway at all - although I was assured when I rang to check that it could readily handle 2.6 tyres. It also skids at the ground end when under any pressure, losing alignment with the wheel trays. I bought the carrier as better quality products weren't available. It works for me, but only just. In need of a whole design re-think.
