I am not sure if I like that knocking sound that much. Sounds similar to when lifters are not working properly, or when compression issues, and there is that high pitch knocking sound.

In this video he pushes it further than it is needed, just for the sound. These engines normally work between 1000-1500 rpm. Here you can even hear it at 1800-2000 rpm. :) The gearbox is a 12 speed automatic plus 2 crawler gears.

Basically it''s automatic but you can shift manually with that stick. You only press the clutch for starting and stopping, and for precise manouvering. While moving you don't use it.

The answer is the long, zig-zag shaped exhaust pipe system under the chassis. 😄 That's how you achieve the knocking/clapping sound.

You need a few meters of stainless tube (at least 7-8m) in zig-zag shape under the chassis. ;) And of course no mufflers. 😁Exhaust valve if you'd like to switch between the sounds. 🤭

I don't know what's the build year of this one, probably around 2007-2008. 😁 If you want a sound like this, you will need at least 7-8 m of steel pipe, an exhaust valve, and you have to do something with the adblue, because it can f*ck up your stock exhaust system while you use it on your open pipe. Haha, but you can turn this off if you wish. :D Since this is not only a broken muffler but a specially built loud pipes system with an exhaust valve. :D I bet broken mufflers can not be turned off with the flick of a switch in the cab. 🙈
