It's been a month, maggie. Tell us what you've noticed between the two

hi guys, I'm currently using 3 IEMs now. 1. Tangzu Wan'er - I carry this IEM daily for calls and listening podcasts to. I feel like this IEM has better clarity for vocals compared to the other IEMs that I currently have. It's also pretty loud compared to others when I use it on my PC, I usually have to adjust my volumes whenever I use it. 2. KZ Castor(Bass Enhanced) - This one is permanently on my PC. I interchange it with my AT M40x because of better sound staging compared to the Wan'er. Of course, this is just how I feel about it. It could be different for others. My current IEMs can never beat headphones in sound staging. 3. KZ AS24(Tuneable) - I got these as a guilty pleasure(lol). There's plenty of ranging opinions regarding this IEM, but so far, I really have a good time using this IEM. I also carry it around daily with the Wan'er, but only use it when listening to a ton of music while working/chilling. It's, in a way, better than the other two, but it doesn't beat the Wan'er in vocal clarity. Some might find the AS24 a little heavy/bulky as it is considerably bigger than the other two, that's why I only use it if I'll be sitting for a long time. Verdict: 1. Tangzu Wan'er - Light, good vocals. good for calls, podcasts. can consider for gaming. 2. KZ Castor(Bass Enhanced) - Good sound staging. Not as good as headphones, but good enough. Good for fps games. Can interchange with Wan'er. 3. KZ AS24(Tuneable) - Good sound staging, well balanced, and versatile. Just that it's out of the $25-$35 price range. Very good for musicians or just the average Joe.

P.S. I'm not in any way an audiophile or an expert. All of this is just my opinion/experience. There are many variables that you can factor in that result in the difference in each other's experience. Also the wires and tips that I use are: 1. Wan'er - TRN RedChain Plus Earphone Cable. 2. KZ Castor - Yinyoo 8 Core Pure Copper Cable. 3. KZ AS24 - NiceHCK C24-2 24 Core Silver Plated Copper Alloy Copper Headset Cable. All using MoonDrop Spring Tips Medical Silicone Soft Elastic Earplugs.

Lol 😂 They are not uncomfortable or weird. It's not huge,but not as flat as certain others are. Plus,the sound with the settings I mentioned makes up for everything.

@@jasondsouza7302 for my taste I like the harman better. It is more detailed. Technically the bass version is just as much detailed but the extended bass tends to cloud the sound even though it's there.

I'd go with this. The highs are not as harsh as you can use the tuning switch to handle that.

Not overwhelmingly different,but, definitely adds some subtle detail and definition. Also,volume gets a boost at times.

Castor. It lets you fine tune to a degree and that helps in reducing the sibilance that is prevalent on the ZSN PRO X. Then again,if sibilance is not a huge deal breaker, then the ZSN PRO X is mighty impressive.

TANGZU WAN'ER is a safe bet. KZ Castor sounds more dynamic.

BLON BL03 is quite good, don't worry.

Imho, even the ZSN series are satisfying base options already (mine is ZSN Pro, lasts for 4+ years in my case). So I believe the ZS10 series will not fail you.

7hz is pretty flat tuning so I'd go for castor if you want more bass

I haven't used the ZSN PRO 2 so can't give you an accurate opinion.

ZEX is fine,but they are a bit sibilant. These give you a bit of control to handle that sibilance. The bass is also deeper on these.

Depends on personal preference.... nothing is better than one another but I prefer Chu 2 because I like neutral sound signatures.

Decent for single player games , not so great for competitive games

I bought these iems today I play PUBG and BGMI will not recommended this for gaming because it has too much bass Even with tuning footsteps sounds are not clear...I will use it for another week and update..

I am surprised how 300 - 600 Rs headphones have better directional Audio for gaming than these 1600 iems

Not a downgrade really,but more versatile due to the tuning switches.

Doesn't have ANC. But, with the included foam eartips,the passive noise isolation is pretty impressive.

@@quazimaieshatasnin2898 once again,there is NO ANC in either. Foam tips simply take up the contour of your ear and thus have better passive noise isolation.

Use the settings I have recommended in the video and get the DAC I have mentioned in the description.

​​@@Purecast9 thanks for replying. sorry im new in this iem world and i have a couple of questions if you would please answer them. firstly does the kz caster need a lot of power to work with its full potential, if so i even tried it on my laptop and the bass was still underwhelming, no tremor and very little bass. secondly, i did not find the exact same DAC Amp you suggested but i found one with the same specs but it also comes with a little USB, and im not sure why its that for. so my questions are, is buying the dac really help that much? and do i get that DAC amp that also comes with a usb?

@@AphoticSoul Yes,the DAC does make a difference. The USB it comes with is for your PC/Laptop.

At par I would say. But,the standard sibilance of the ZSN PRO X can be adjusted in the case of the Castor thanks to the tuning switch.

My suggested tuning is a good balance for me for any genre. Now you'll have to fiddle around and find your pick.
