In this video, we explore why unwanted thoughts, especially negative or dirty thoughts, come to our minds and how we can manage them. Using a story from Gautama Buddha, we delve into the nature of these thoughts and the importance of understanding and balancing them. Buddha explains that such thoughts are natural and stem from various desires and needs within us. He emphasizes that the problem arises when we misuse or misunderstand these desires.
Through the story of a young man troubled by thoughts of lust, Buddha teaches us that these feelings are not inherently bad but become problematic when we let them dominate our lives. He uses the example of animals, which do not use lust for pleasure but for procreation, to illustrate how humans often misuse their desires. The key is to understand and channel these energies constructively rather than suppressing them.
The narrative continues with the wise monk and his disciple, illustrating how one's environment and associations influence thoughts and behaviors. The disciple learns that simply trying to stop unwanted thoughts is ineffective; instead, one must address the underlying causes and redirect the mind's energy positively. This Zen story ultimately teaches us the importance of cultivating positive thoughts to shape our future and maintain mental balance.

😂 Dirty thoughts will never enter our mind unless we choose it . Remember not everyone think the same . Can we control what someone thinks , no . That’s why most of us treats others wrong . Everything we do as a person , can tell who we are. Just like work , most people complain when they don’t like to do something. But for most of us wonder , why they don’t like it than they get this job . A good boss will treat everyone the same . A bad boss will treats everyone differently. Yeap it’s true . You all think about it and tell me I’m lying 😂❤✌️

😂 Wahahahaha most of us got dirty thoughts and they like it cuz that’s how they think . Me never worry about that cuz I don’t think like that . Why spend my time on negative thoughts ? Is it make sense , what I’m thinking is if most of us didn’t get what they want , they were feel ashamed . Don’t you all think so ? 😂❤✌️
