Welcome Period Six Designs!
Today I am making a skinny glitter tumbler using glitter exclusively from my new glitter line. This is a very beginner friendly tutorial and I have included time stamps below if you would like to skip to the part you are interested in.
I know getting into the tumbler business can be very intimidating but hopefully this video is detailed enough to get you comfortable to make your first tumbler or if you just need to brush up on your tumbler skills. Don't worry if your first glitter tumbler is not perfect. You will get there over time!

First I would like to say, I love your nails!!!! They are gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. I learned something new. I actually just epoxy my first wine glass a few days ago and I was thrilled that it came out so well. Unfortunately, when I was removing it from the spinner, I dropped it in some left over epoxy that I didn't clean up and I couldn't salvage the glass. I nearly cried. You're tumbler is fantastic! You got it! Start on cups from the dollar tree just in case something goes funny, you wouldn't have to strip a $10 cup.

I am new to using a Silhouette, I purchased a used one and I want to do names and pics from the internet. I dont know a lot about vinyl. Can you do a step by step on how you did it in Silhouette studio and print and cut please, thank you. I like the way you explain what you re doing.

I love this!!! These colors are stunning!!!🤩🤩 I’m trying to find the names of the glitters on your website! I think I found the black to the future too-OMG! Love the name and love the glitter! I’m re-watching now because I can’t remember the darkest color name. Lol. (I should’ve taken notes! This is just so beautiful!!) Id thot I’d ask about the name decals, if you make them customized for your customers? I don’t own a circuit but anyways I feel overwhelmed since I don’t have word on my Pc no more. I’ve got the see through shelf liner aka transfer tape and some Avery diy decals white pages(3 came in it) but I need these beautiful fonts that you do!!!!!🥰💕🌸🦋🔥🔥

No....if you glitter at say 9am I would day you would be good to spray it around 4 or 5

I know I’ve left like 100 comments, sorry to bug you but I’d love to have any and all of your advice (future video?!) for a beginner hang-it & epoxy (I’m guessing on this as I’ve not done one yet like this) method, beginner tack-it method/ then epoxy and the then times like how long do you wait between coats, prepping cup, sanding it-I’d love to see it all! Every bit helps for a newbie like me. Also, you said you pop the bubbles but how do you know when too? Right away or like 30 mins into this? I understand if this is too basic but I thought I’d ask!! Lastly, do we have to sand with a certain grit? Or just scuff it up w/what u have? Oh yeah I’d love to see your take on the “galaxy” any kind really! I’ve always loved those type of pictures! So seeing it on a tumbler or a coaster or what have you is so awesome!! Thank you so much!!!🥰💕🌸🦋-Alli

Hello have you ever had to remove spray paint from a tumbler that contains acetone? I have spray paint my cup and it didn’t dry so great so I was just trying to see if I needed to throw it away ?

Yes you can use acetone and I have done it many times with peek a boo cups or if I get some spray paint on the inside....if you want to clean the whole cup, I would probably just sand it off

I keep a tightly sealed bucket filled with acetone in my backyard and any cup I don't like, I throw in there and leave them for a couple of days. They come out clean with no muss, no struggle.

LOL “mod podge” not “modge podge”?!? I did a poll in my office - NO ONE KNEW IT WAS MOD. Is “Modge Podge” a Canadian thing? Everyone of my colleagues had to look this up because it just doesn’t sound right.
