Sir coal aur dolo char ka mixing ratio ke bare me bataiye. Kyun ki sab plant me coal 100% use nahi hota hai dolo char se boiler chalate hain. reply dijiye ga sir 🙏 mera jan na bahut jaruri hai.

Pressure or steam quantity ka kya relation hota hai For example Suppose hum 6kg/cm2 pe 1.6ton steam produce kr rhe per hour (2TPH boiler capacity) Now instead of 6kg/cm2 se pressure ko 8kg/cm2 pe steam generate krne lge To 2kg/cm2 pressure increase hone se steam quantity pe kya effect pdega

As we know as pressure and temperature increases enthalpy of steam increases. So if you increase pressure or temperature steam production with high enthalpy so steam consumption is reduced

Calculate enthalpy at both conditions And we know our turbine is design for desired heat rate, so for short period of time this can't be predict but if you want to see their effect, you should maintain constant parameters in a single shift.

Sir I have also seen that some of the fuel particle...(like coal) also drain out through drain pipes! How is this possible...if we have AFBC boilers....?

Try to change ESP Controller then charge, if it charges no problem, if didn't get charge it might be the internal problem (emitting electrode might be body)
