Here’s an idea. Mandatory 10 years no probation in cases of excessive speed fleeing. For endangering the public and law enforcement officers. Tack on an additional year for every time the SOB says they can’t breath.

Kudos NLRPD, Trooper Ryals is in hot pursuit. Trooper Plyler is not far behind. Both are on scene with some NLRP Officers. Great video, awesome teamwork. Pursuit Friday is stellar as always. Suspect is BARNETT, WILLIAM DARIN. A repeat offender for drugs and theft. - Arrested at age 42 and went to prison. - Arrested at age 48 and went to prison. - Now he's age 51 and here we are again. He's in a stolen car.

There are two hospitals right beside that interstate that ambulance was most likely enroute to one when incident happened. Notice that no EMTs came forward to assist as they were attending to person in ambulance. That's a busy stretch of interstate during daytime so road crew was doing repairs over night. It's really fortunate that none of the road crew were injured!

How in the world did he end up there? I followed the chase on Google Earth and the Trooper did the TVI as they were going south on Woodrow Street as it crossed 630 and it ended up on the westbound side of 630. Did he go over the railing of the overpass?
