The Police Officers should have done a better investigations such as using his phone records and GPS to place at the date and time of the crime. If they had examined his receipts,job records I can bet you any amount of money that the ex girlfriend's accusations would have fallen apart. the problem is from the Ghana Police officer who wrote his statement.....i had a different issue at a Police station and the CID was rather instructing and telling me what to write as my statement....i refused and wrote what transpired and i took a shot of the statement. we reported the ff day for examinations from the station master and what he read was different from what i wrote, they started to intimidate me with court issues and as a matter of fact i called CID headquarters and inmformed them about how the police were handling the case at that station. they called that station and adked them to be careful with the case but that turned to a different thing...abetment was the term used and the meaning did not satisfy the case at hand meaning they wanted to bring on board so that they will squeeze something from me..
