I explore the wreck of the Annapolis a bit deeper than I did on my previous trip. I try and tour the length of the wreck from bow to stern and identify the locations I am seeing.

Your voice reminds me of mike mcCardell from the old CTV news, very fitting for these videos you do a great job! What camera/mic set up do you use?

Thanks I find the commentary the most difficult part! I use a simple logitech headset with mic. I use a 3 cameras a GoPro Hero 9 and Hero 8 and a CooAu although I didn't use the CooAu on the Annapolis.

If you where to recommend a GoPro which one do you like for diving?

@@ian666russell I would say the Hero 9 is an improvement on the 8. Longer battery life and I think better image stabilization.

How long can you hold your breath?
@emeraldsky8009 Жыл бұрын
Trying to hit breath hold limits, especially in the water, is very dangerous if you aren't properly trained and supervised. You can black out and drown without warning. Even if you are rescued there is a chance of brain damage. Recently someone in my area died doing breath hold training in a public pool even though there was a lifeguard. With that warning, I restrict myself to 2 minutes maximum unless I have close trained supervision, and my most common ocean dive is 1.5 minutes. Even with those limits, these dives are not safe!

@@emeraldsky8009 I saw that ship scuttled so I wondered how deep it is there, I saw the shoreline is not far away, and the ship was huge, so I didn't know the angle of sea floor, and if it had tilted or rolled. But it looks longer than a 2 min drive by the color

@@shable1436 Seeing the sinking must have been quite a spectacle! It's about 30m/100ft deep there. I think the bottom right under the ship is fairly level both stern to bow and starboard to port.
