Pushkar is an ideal place for a street food walk. The whole city can be covered in a couple of hours on foot. Infact, if you walk consciously watching around, there is a chance that you will start recognising the faces of the locals. This is what happened with me when I visited Pushkar last week. After one round of the city, I can recall and recognise most of the places and people. That’t the beauty of the small city.

I think, as Anuvab roams around so many places in a particular food area and taste so many dishes that everywhere if he eats a full plate then he will be no where very soon. So, with his introducer of famous street foods of a city actually share a pinch to understand the taste and ingredients of that preparation.

It was totally surprising to see delicacies getting 9.5 and 10 in Pushkar but not in Jodhpur. So this makes Pushkar a must visit for foodies. I'll surely visit here when I tour to Rajasthan. 🤘

I watched this video while in route to Pushkar. Tried the rabri malpua, umaji ki kachori, gulkand lassi and daal batti from Madan ji ka Dhaka as soon as we landed. In the evening went for loaded paratha which was out of this world. Next day went for daal pakwan poha. Thank you all the recommendations

I think in every video you must ask for separate plates for the accomplice or guide. Let him tell about the local food rather than you tell about it.

Yes, anubhav needs to include guest to speak rather than have him stand awkwardly while he does all the talking. Also getting individual plates is a better idea. Looks a bit awkward with just Anubhav holding the plate while talking about the food as the guest is made to wait to have some of it.
