Yes some models have been produced with slightly higher compression cylinder heads that did not feature a decompressor.

oh right cause i had one i brought for $4 and it had 2 sparks , I was told that i can start it with one spark as the secound one is just to plug in the hole where the decompressor is meant to do. i think also may have too much oil in ma gas , i think i got it 1/25 mix so will try to richen the gas and will get a drill on the wheel and try and start it that way to see if shes a goer .
