To make the sauce not too watery and actually stick to the noodles before you add any ingredients, add the wet sauce in the pan and let it simmer in low heat first so it will thicken so after you add noodles and vegetables the sauce will sticks to noodles better. Also precook the vegetables as well separately so it will evaporate the water from vegetables making the noodles not too soupy. Thank you for your videos. They are great help.
