First time I went to PIB was Memorial Day Weekend Sunday, after the Friday of the fire at the Colonial. This video appears to be from the summer of 1988, after the fire. There was a temporary tent put up where the Colonial was, for the 1988 summer season. The next year, 1989 when I went over Memorial Day Weekend, the Beer Barrel Saloon had already been completed and was open.

Wow, you can still see the trees charred from the Colonial fire at the sw corner of DeRivera Park.

I think this is actually 1988
