Significant Law Change with meaningless execution. There should be at least 9 - 12 days Interpretation cum training program right from Sub Inspector to DIG of police across the country. All police officials must appear in an examination/test on these laws. The failing Police Officials must reappear and MUST pass the Examination. The same is applicable for all Lawyers registered. Then ONLY the law can be enforced. Minimum of 6 months to 9 months Training duration is necessary to complete the training across the country. Otherwise, a lot of misinterpretation & misuse of law will occur day in and day out across the nation. While the laws may be brilliant, the implementation will face failure and resistance across the nation in a silent way. So, this enforcement is a great disadvantage to the citizens of India.
