The Russian Defense Ministry released purported footage of the Iskander strike, alleging that these HIMARS were used by Kyiv in the Crimea beach strike on June 23. All doctors visits in Russia are free, you pay very little for medication also. If you have a child born, once home a doctor and nurse will visit weekly for atleast 6 months from memory which again is free, also unlike here in USA they don't kick the mother out within a day or so, instead the mother and baby are kept in the hospital for minimum of 4 days.

My wife spent a lot of time in the hospital when she gave birth. It turned out we brought her in too early, we thought she was in labor. I was completely exhausted during those days. However, the medical care was free and of good quality. By the way, we were given by government about $15,000 in rubles at the time for the birth of our child. Back then, it could only be spent on housing, for example, to expand the living space, and we were obligated to register part of the housing in the children's names. Now there are more options, you can use it for education, or other things. Medical care is free even for visitors. If something needs to be done quickly, they prefer to do it in private clinics. It's inexpensive. An MRI costs $50, and they'll do it the same day. There's also additional insurance, optional. Usually, the employer pays, but it's also inexpensive. It can include dental care, complex operations in private, rather than state clinics, and so on. Grandmothers call an ambulance sometimes once a week just for fun. The doctors don't like it, but they're obligated to go.
