Scenario 5: Prigozhin has been done away with and they released AI audio.

Prigozhin has three options suicide run or go to the front line for the first time instead of turning up after the battle to bathe in the glory and get killed and die the hero he thinks he is.

Don't forget that Prigozhin still holds Rostov on Don. That's his ace in the hole. I think he's just waiting to see what the rest of the Oligarchs will do. He spoke to men identified as generals, and the bases in Rostov on Don are 22nd Special Forces Brigade, 1536 Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment and the Tsentralny Airbase. Since Ukraine has listed the generals killed by Ukraine and they haven't been seen since I would say that Generals are hiding out and issuing orders from Rostov on Don. If Rostov on Don is the center that directs all of the army in Ukraine then he has a lot of power in his hands. He's been becoming popular according to Russian news sources and Putin has been looking a bit haggard and talking or rather rambling in some cases. I'm am sure that Prigozhin can't or won't back down now, his pride is on the line here and he had as of December 2022 50K or more forces. Perhaps some are still in Africa if he has contracts with whoever is at war there now. I don't think he is just acting, I think he pays his men well and was willing to accept losses but he lost so many in Bakhmut due to Putin's generals refusing to send war materials and he may have lost a lot of money as Putin's assets have been frozen and he's been forced to use gold to purchase weapons so perhaps Prigozhin hasn't been paid either.
