@@earthsciencetech LOL US hasn't used 1% of it's military budget and none of it's hardware. Russia has lost over 50% of it's weapons plus hundreds of thousands of soldiers are dead or maimed. Russia is using over 60% of it's GDP on the war.

Odessa is most likely the port where the English provided "drone boats" are located. Military supplies that arrive by ship would land there. Ukraine forces have used civilian structures. Most armies do this, they don't construct facilities.
