Putri is self taught on the piano, she had one or two hours of classical training but I'm not even sure if she finished the first lesson, she said it was boring, the teacher wanted her to practice scales and she quit and went on by herself... She started learning to play the piano at age 11, at that point she had already been singing (seriously singing...) for many years... And she had listened to a lot of David Foster's arrangements and productions (she adores Whitney and Disney...) and said he was the reason she started to learn how to play the piano, she wanted to be able to arrange music the way he does, she mentioned David as her role model in her music... This girl is not only very ambitious, she also has what it takes to reach her dreams... Her talent is God given, but she also puts a lot of effort in to hone her craft and gain experience, her schedule between her AGT audition and her qualifier was ridiculous: Indonesion Independence day celebration with the president, two songs on David Foster's "Hitman" Asian tour '23 in Jakarta, opening the concert with that Boyzone guy, meetings and collabs with all kinds of famous artists like Dwiki Darmawan (you need to watch their cover of "Over The Rainbow" - legit jazz master on the keys and her on vocals only, freestylin' on that song, not rehearsed, crazy good...!) ... I don't know how she does it, only explanation is she really loves what she's doing and music is her life... Thank you for obviously having read my comment and also putting a light on her playing, not only her vocals... being able to accompany herself is her big joker in AGT, she does not have to rely on backing tracks, can pace by herself and even decide to do a song that wasn't even on her list of alternatives she gave to the producers, like she did when she decided to play and sing Elton John for Simon in her audition... If she wanted to she could even switch from Stairway To Heaven to Highway To Hell in the middle of the song and nobody would be able to stop her...
