People saying these people are idiots for having tigers as 'pets' I watched the documentary, he's a professional, part of a team that created a programme to build up the population to eventually release more into the wild as they're endangered.

Ruthless being kept in captivity all their life will make their lifespan deplete faster being put in the wild than hunted to extinction

Anthony Jensen actually it’s the complete opposite, in captivity, there aren’t as vulnerable to disease as they are in the wild. As a result, they often live longer. Don’t know where you got this information from buddy, but it’s wrong

Snowy Wolfgirl they are dangerous if they grown in the wild, but as you see they grown with people which is this two tiger cubs knows people are no threats to them... we can also say that they are still dangerous if someone will treat them bad.

When they're babies they are not dangerous. They just want love and affection like all other babies and they want to play.

@@jeyferresterio they are ENDANGERED. The zookeeper caring for them will return them to the zoo. Watch all of the videos & you'll see why they are temporarily caring for them.

Okay how the hell can he rub a tiger's belly, play with them, etc and not be turned to shreds by their baby tiger claws? Cause when I try that with my cat who is certainly not a tiger my hand is rife with bandages and I'm considering going to the hospital.

+The Dynast Queen It's because the Tiger knows that it is not in danger. If a cat thinks it's in danger, you'd better believe it will be clawing and biting. Your cat may not be a cat that prefers "Belly rubs" as some cats do. This Tiger may just be a cat that likes belly rubs.

They're marked the way they are because in the wild, some animals are actually dumb enough to think that they're a big pair of eyes looking at them, and so won't attack them and eat them. And you thought tigers were always at the top of the food chain. Nature is hostile and dangerous for anything.

The irony of "know what they are doing" and "return them to the zoo" poor tigers. born in to a life inside a zoo for the amusement and profit of human beings. I wonder if there has been any tiger attacks in Australia Zoo yet?

Jonathan Tsang you realize there's studies that say tigers are more likely to live longer in captivity? Because zoo keepers feed them well and keep them well nourished. Yes they are wild animals and belong in the wild. I know I agree but in the wild it's not easy to catch prey. Sometimes tigers can go for weeks without eating. While in the zoo, they get fed multiple times a day.

Highly recommend watching the other videos featuring Spot and Stripe, seeing animals grow up from babies is adorable and really gives you insight as to how they grow psychologically and physically. I'm glad they survived the initial 6 weeks where they're prone to disease like Giles said in one of the other videos.

@@hellacezkie Indeed,as many of the cats I have lived with have been only too happy to demonstrate. Also,some cats like to lick my hands,arms,etc. with their rough tongues,but I read recently that tigers' tongues have the capability to strip meat from bones to go with their larger size.

I’m so glad these little guys got proper care. I’m not sure how they’re doing now, but I can assume they’re healthy and happy in their habitat, enjoys big meals and lots of play time

Honestly over 50 years ago in school I remember reading science was going to alter the DNA of wild animals to keep them small for human pets. I`m glad that never came into fruition.

Its really amazing to see such a success saving and helping Sumatran Tigers. When tigers kill your livestock, its because they are hungry and need to eat. Don't go out and about to kill tiger. They are very endangered, and could vanish, if they are killed for the dumbest reasons. #savethetigers
