I've never done a full advent calendar, but I did once find a collage type puzzle that I built and then separated into 12 parts and gave one every two days to my sister during advent. So she got a full 1k piece puzzle by the end but got to build one of the collage images at a time.

He he! Yes, we’ve had it a few years - neither of the kids wanted it in their rooms so I comandeered it for the puzzle room, only thing is the ornaments are a little big for it!! 😆

Lovely to see them coming together. I had a Gibsons Advent Calendar from a couple of years back. For me the glue didn't really work despite leaving it overnight and another brand glue wasn't much better. Sticking tape on the backs didn't improve matters either. 😖 Earlier this year I cut out cardboard backing for the ornaments and that is now so much better. No chance of any pieces coming going astray. 😃 They will be going up round the picture rail soon. Look forward to the next lot of ornaments.

No, the glue isn’t the best, there are a couple where I need to reapply the glue in certain areas, but it’s not too bad if I’m delicate with them. Adding a cardboard backing sounds like a great idea! 😍
