After running your vbit, run a profile cut with the.1250 bit to clean up those fuzzies.

Good idea! I was actually thinking of something like that but with the v bit again since a lot of the fuzzies are on the face of the angled cut.

That last one didn’t look too bad. Where do you get the PVC board?

Yes I agree. Someone on facebook suggested 18k rpms at 300 ipm feed rate, so I will try that next I think. I get them from Home Depot. They’re $40 for a 24” x 48” sheet that is about 1/2 inch thick.
