the way she sings the word "miracle" in the chorus gives me life
@kaseymanning2238 жыл бұрын
It's pretty incredible that she's been singing without in-ear monitors for so long, especially standing in front of the drummer, and she still sounds incredible. There's no way she can hear herself well. That's talent.

From a singer : that's so difficult I agree with you
@rmeade4129 жыл бұрын
Everybody thinks she's off key, but how she screams You're a miracle is why I'm here. They are amazing live.

i enjoy this more aggressive sounding live version. guitars, bass, and drums all sound way more vibrant live. Lynn obviously always sounds vibrant.

it's so amazing to have seen pvris grow from just a band that supports another band to playing in big-time radio shows like i am so proud of them

Lynn's voice has so much potential to sound like the record but she needs to warm up and get a coach. She doesn't carry her notes long enough which makes a lot of people thing that she can't carry the note at all. I've heard great live versions of her so I know she can do it.
@itsmenoahofficial6 жыл бұрын
The thing with Lynn is it sounds like she's getting very nasally trying to be quiet and breathy, and then getting throaty trying to add that rasp in when the music reaches it's climax. If she wouldn't try so hard to sound "unique" like everyone else in pop music today, she wouldn't be in so much of a struggle when performing. When she just sings naturally her voice is absolutely beautiful though!

@emanhadi81046 жыл бұрын
This is easily their best live performance, but is it me or the sound producer did a horrible job?
@thebaconflapsable9 жыл бұрын
That bass tone needs to be fucking destroyed, if he thinks that sounds good then get a new bassist.
@gillitheforgotten8929 жыл бұрын
The tuning characterizes the song and makes it special... I love it !
@beny8749 жыл бұрын
thebaconflapsable Normally I'd agree but as the Gill said it gives the song character. Music never would have progressed anywhere when people were just doing the same thing across the board. I like their sound. I like their punkish instrumentation and their hints of electronic. Her vocals sometimes remind me of Jeremy McKinnon (A Day to Remember) in the way she hits the highs and sort of screams. (Don't know they vocal term) Before you go calling me retarded listen to "Let Them In" and "Fire". Tell me her vocals in the chorus are not like ADTRs. I LOVE IT!
@thebaconflapsable9 жыл бұрын
BenyAU I don't believe music can progress when you have a shit tone and your vocalists refuses to warm up when she evidently needs to. Other than that, they are a really nice band and I hope their song writing skills keep improving so i can enjoy a full album, we'll see. I wouldn't know if she sounded like ADTR's vocalist since i can't stand them, although that song they released where the old man and and young boy are the same person is a killer song.
