Nice glitch! Though for people trying this, I don't know if this glitch will mess up your own player rank. It looks like your rank will stay the same even if you promote- Though it is pretty nice to have all the coins tho 👍

I did it so if you want to promote a plant do the imp glitch then do the same as the delivery but in the chompers pizz

For those who are wondering, yes you still can level up (negative) and yes you can still get the upgrades

Unless there is a known fix, your character upgrades WILL stay locked if you promote from normal to master. Edit: you are still able to get the upgrades, they will just stay locked if you do the glitch. Your level will be in the negatives, but you can still level up.

After thoroughly testing with this glitch i've come to a conclusion, so i'll be listing a few discoveries about how the leveling up system works past the initial glitch, as long as additional information that no one seems to have mentioned so far: So- as many of you have noticed, you do not initially get any character upgrades nor player ranks from the glitched levels; that's because as someone else has mentioned already, the leveling system and the actual ranks are two vastly different systems that are not interconnected to eachother; which means that when you're ranking up your character during the lagging section, you're basically forcing the game to repeat the same rank mechanic over and over again until you have reached the programmed peak (which is the mastery) but you do not actually get any levels because you haven't earned them, since it isn't the actual rank itself that does that. However- you can still level up and gain all of your upgrades as normal without having to promote again, you just won't be able to view them: HOWEVER, you can still keep track of them. You see- basically, the way it works is that since the game doesn't understand how you managed to reach mastery without the required levels first, it puts you to a negative level value based on how many levels you need to reach level 1, which is the actual status of the mastery. As a matter of fact- if you check your character's statistics, you'll notice that the game says "level 0" instead of "level 1" and the only way it can manage to backtrack you into syncing the visuals with the actual current level you have, is by giving you negative levels. So in short words- just keep leveling up until you reach level 1, as soon as you have reached level 1 then you'll know you have officially reached mastery level and your character's statistics will update accordingly, showing the actual level that you have. WARNING: keep in mind that i have not received yet a single player rank during the entirety of my playtesting (and my character was on level -29!) which makes one think they should receive a ton of player ranks up until level 1, but i didn't. I still have yet to test it thoroughly to see if it was just an unfortunate circumstance or if it does not actually give you player ranks, in which case use the glitch at your own risk. Hopefully that cleared some things up! Edit: ok.. So- after countless of hours of endless suffering, i have established that you can get player ranks as well from these glitched levels, so there's nothing to worry about.

This glitch does not give up xp, so character upgrades and rank will not increase, so it just gives you money (sorry for bad england)

To anybody confused about this glitch, your characters don't technically level up but the game thinks they are which is why you get the coins but no upgrades or player levels. P.S you can still level up your characters, they'll just appear as max level.

It works but you won't get rank up like 1500 to 1550 and you won't get any upgrades 💀 I hope they fix it Edit: discovered that you have to give stars to that fish taht gives you xp, oh and you will notice that the -34 level glitch will happen

I’ll subscribe when you can show me an actual LEGIT infinite coin glitch. Yes this method is neat, but it isn’t infinite and still involves grinding exp for each character, which there isn’t infinite of. With each 100% sticker pack costing 75k. You’ll have enough coins to get all the characters with some left over, hardly enough to buy what rux sells.
