Hello, guis! This is Mel Rose and Welcome back to my KZfaq Channel. For today’s video that I’m sharing with all of you is my Ginisang Langka with Upo recipe. 🫣😅
Ingredients:
Half kilo of Langka
Half kilo of Upo
1 piece of Ginger
5 cloves of Garlic
2 pieces of Tomatoes
1 piece of Onion
1 piece of Knorr Pork Cube
Salt & Ground Pepper
2 spoons of Oil
3 cups of Water
3 pieces of Siling haba
HOW TO PREPARE & COOK:
•First, of all; wash all your ingredients before or after slicing them.
•Prepare your stove and put the cooking pot and pre-heat the pot.
•Add 2 spoons of cooking oil, spread the oil in your pot surroundings.
•Add the sliced onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté it for 10 seconds.
•Lastly, add the sliced tomatoes and again sauté it for another 10 seconds.
•After sautéing, you can add the sliced langka (jackfruit) and mix it for a while.
•Add 3 cups of water and the knorr pork cube, salt, and ground pepper. Let it boils for 5 minutes to soften the langka.
•Also, add the sliced upo (bottled gourd) mix it well, and let it boils for 2 minutes.
•If the langka soften already; lower your stove fire and you can check the taste too add salt if it’s still not taste good. 😂
•Lastly, let’s add the siling haba and let it boils for 10 seconds.
•Then serve it with fried dried fish or bagoong and enjoy eating.
P.S. Tinunaw ko po muna sa mainit na tubig ang knorr pork cube bago ilagay. Pwede din pong buo niyo ilagay.
