They've been building him in DDT for over a decade as their ace. I don't know if he will want to live in the states long term. Especially because as great as he is, AEW has so much great young talent its tough to get a title in that company

@@blablablaa14 being the face of DDT in japan gets you no where to a top spot in Japan tho. I dont know how long his Visa is, but he could be the top Japanese worker in the US if he stays long enough. He already is an Indie darling, dominate that scene

@@MikeGlasses I am not saying you're wrong, but how many people want to leave where they grew up and have it good to come to a completely different country. Wouldn't be surprised if he left after the original year he planned. Maybe he can do both, it really depends on him. I just don't know how much desire he has to be in the US long term
