PWM 60 Amp Cooling Fan Hook up

The PWM Bi Directional Controller has two outputs, a high current, and a low voltage trigger. Here, we will show you how to connect, the high current 60 Amp, output to a fan blower motor. The idea is to actuate the motor to prove its operation.
In automobiles today, the cooling fan motor operation can be of two different types. It can be triggered directly, or it can be triggered by a separate module. The PWM Bi Directional controller can do both, control the fan directly, or control trigger the module to prove both.
We start by disconnecting the cooling fan motor.
Here, we can see that this cooling fan motor has 4 wires going to it. Why four wires, when all you basically need are two wires?
The answer is, this motor has the control module built into the radiator fan motor plastic shroud. In this case, the ECM is the one controlling the motor, depending on need. This is a lot more efficient. Why is it more efficient? Simply because the motor does not run all the time, therefore lasting longer. And, the car’s electrical system is not stressed as much.
How is the cooling fan motor then controlled by the ECM? Well, exactly with a PWM duty cycle signal. The same signal produced by the PWM Bi Directional Controller. The controller can do both, the high power 60 Amp output, and the low power trigger control signal. Next, we will show you how to connect the low power control signal. Enjoy...

hi brother, could you tell me if the trigger pwm signal works at 5 volts ? in this case i want to control a radiator fan like this with a microcontroller that emits pwm at 5 volts, thanks

this is way off subject but I have a 1998 jeep cherokee classic 4x4 auto and it would always take a lil to shift when first going. now it won't shift until I let off the gas. oh and I just realized that I should have over drive and it has never worked. just got this jeep a few weeks ago. any ideas why it won't shift right and I have no over drive?

+koskey06 Use the PWM Controller to command the transmission pressure control solenoid to 100% full force, raise a tire, block the wheels (don't have an accident) and put car in drive. Mechanical fan and thermostat mounted on the engine is more reliable and durable than this electrical radiator fan that require a coolant switch, modules, ecm and electrical sensor thermostat. Noticed that today engineers don't solve problems but create problems in the name of innovation. They cannot invent stuff so they redesign already functional devices into complex components to impress shareholders. German auto engineering and technology is the perfect example of a fency elegant piece of plastic aluminum scrap. Good for few miles and after it start to break down, drain your pocket down and becomes a burden that no one wants to buy. Who the hack decided to put a sensor on the thermostat? It is madness. No common sense. The catalytic converter is the best idea for the environment and global warming doomsayers but a worse mechanical product for cars. With the catalytic converters are no long ventilate the exhaust emissions freely because of the honey combs restrictions of air and gas flow. Engines don't last because of that. Likely to overheat, misfire or experience blow backs in cylinders because of blocks Cat. Car owners in places like Africa don't have the luxury of money to change the Cat if it Starts malfunctioning. Is either de-Cat or suffer your car.
