That thing is huge, lol. I just got everything in for the ATC. Im starting from scratch and there isnt that much info out there on ATC. Does the dragchain have to be that big? I got it in the cart, but I noticed they have a bunch of different sizes. I would rather have one a bit smaller if possible. As I havent setup everything, Im not sure of minimum room needed. I dont want to waste even 1/2" in my tight shop. Thanks in advance.

Did the 1/16th inch aluminum angle work out? I believe Ugly Dog site calls for 1/8th inch? Thanks for the well-done instruction and camera work.

Marty, Thanks for the video - I found the information useful and I admire your willingness to show the entire process, warts and all. I am curious about where you purchased the drag chain - I used the link you provided for Digikey Energy and got a 404 error screen (whatever that means) Can you provide a part number or some other reference ID that I can use when I go directly to the Digikey website? This was my first time at your channel but I'll be back Tim

Do you need to also upgrade the x axis drag chain?

Yes, but I won’t do that until the ATC is installed. The wide drag chain on the X gantry poses a problem for the type of dust boot I prefer, which has the dust collection hose coming in from behind the X gantry. PwnCNC and others are working on a solution for that problem as we speak.

@@TerrapinCreations666man I love my v2 dust boot and hate to see it go. I've had several over the years but the v2 is by far my favorite, but again, that's mainly because I video just about everything I carve.
