A Beautiful example of why par 5s are my favourite... A few years back I've hit a HUGE Tiger Woods block Right, up the rough of another hole. A Looong drive... Thinned a 5iron up the rough to behind the greenside bunker. Taken 64* lob wedge and hit the pin... leaving tapin for birdie... my playing partners were amazed... So didn't hit a fairway, nor did I hit them green, I hit the pin... I love par 5s. 🤣🤘🤘

I watched it until the end of play and no lies I was thinking to myself that the way the leaders were playing Dan might have a chance of a playoff. Bristol Channel in front of you from Pyle and Kenfig GC it's North Devon in the distance, that back 9 I would roll up and take it home. Some amazing holes in the dunes, think it's better than Royal Porthcawl. PS well done you and Dan it's an amazing story, will change his life.

Hi Liam, te building is a care home near to Royal Porthcawl GC. The body of water is the Bristol Channel. The land you can see is the North Somerset coastline, not Ireland. Next time you are in Soyh Wales try Pennard in Swansea, Wenvoe in Cardiff and Neath GC near Swansea.
