Despite being relatively simple and commonly structured song, it never cease to give me energy and inspiration. I guess is one of the most well balanced songs I've ever heard, the instruments tone, drum fills and accents, and the vocals are precisely powerful, with a unique distorted airy tone attacks. On that break down to make room for the keys, I'm always astonished by the predecent parts, and that high vocal attack, part harsh, part melodic. My most listened song of 2017, 2018 and 2019, for sure. Fucking brilliant.

These guys are incredible. This singer is their best by far. He reminds me of a perfect mix of Jeff Scott Soto and Kip Winger - that is AWESOME by the way. Thank Spotify for this find. I saw something on Loudwire about a band called Myrath. From there Spotify suggested Pyramaze among other bands and I feel instantly in love with these guys!!! Spotify isn't all bad! I will now by on CD!

Disciples of the Sun is definitely another amazing album, but I think I agree with you here! Bone Carver was in its own right an incredible composition and is my favorite Pyramaze album to date.... Perhaps this newest one may win that title for me but it would take another several listens for everything to sink in! Terje definitely sounds different from Lance King... He doesn't seem to like vibrato as much, but for that he makes up with raw power!

Heck yeah! I still maintain that my favorite Hansen era was his vocals with Anubis Gate from 2006-2011..... His range is/was insane, and many of those songs still give me chills ("Ammonia Snow"). But the dude is insanely talented. My favorite producer/engineer by far! Another spectacular work with this album.
