The ECDA is proud to introduce a Pyramid To Retention project to Prince Edward Island.
The Pyramid to Retention project uses the Pyramid Model Framework, which aims to support the complex needs of all children within the Early Learning and Child Care sector across PEI. Through mentoring partnerships, educators will increase their confidence to enhance children’s social-emotional development and well-being.
