The climax of all human history is coming.
The purposes of God long hidden in His eternal counsels are now made clear. Jesus will soon step back into history, no longer the suffering servant, He is Lord of All. Look closely as God pulls back the veil and reveals the awesome majesty of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords in all His glory.
As we look at each facet of His wondrous character let your heart rest in the security that comes from trusting in Him. See the folly of the world as they deafen their ears to all the warnings God has given over all of the time since the Garden of Eden!
There are two separate moments coming in the perhaps not-too-distant future when life, as we know it, will forever be altered.
THE 1ST MOMENT is the unexpected sweeping away out of this earth--of Christ’s church.
The Bible teaches that the Rapture or Jesus coming FOR His saints takes place first, followed seven years later by His Second Coming WITH His saints to rescue Israel.
There are no signs of the Rapture, no warning that it is about to occur. All the signs listed in the Bible are for the Second Coming. Jesus Christ comes secretly to catch His saints up to heaven. At that moment the world is living in self-complacent pleasure. The world will seemingly be on its way to solving ecological problems and establishing perpetual international peace. Believers in the Rapture will be widely ridiculed. Few Christians will expectantly await this glorious event. Tonight are we eagerly watching and longing for Christ to take us to heaven?
Will the unsaved world be aware of what is happening? Will they hear the shout, the voice, and the trumpet? First Corinthians 15:52 indicates that this will happen so suddenly that it will be over in the twinkling of an eye. Since the shout, voice, and trumpet apply to God’s people, there is no reason to believe that the unsaved masses will hear them. If they do, they will hear sounds without meanings (see John 12:27-30). Millions of people will vanish instantly, and no doubt there will be chaos and great concern. Except for those who know the Bible's teaching, the world will wonder at what has happened.

It was in 1973 and I was 9 years old. It happened on a Sunday I can remember well. Daddy and Mum and I were in the living room early in the afternoon and I was reading a Kid's Bible, even not knowing that it was one... it was a gift. I liked to see that drawings in color showing the Lion playing with a child , the text was talking about Jesus who would one day reign on Earth for 1000 years and... said also... Jesus would come back on a time nobody expects. I will make it short here, since the Spirit of God started working in me about getting "converted" to Jesus. I was seating on the floor thinking about Jesus coming back and all of a sudden... I was put on the spot in a fire bubble, it feels like that... and an indiscribable joy invaded me. I felt the heat inside of me and a joy... amazing. I wept and wept in that Joy and heat. Than something incredible happened... A voice came from the "ceiling" in front of me and slightly at the left side. This "voice" said... "Boy, you will see me coming back, you will be part of it". I jumped and started running through the house , shouting ..." I wanna serve God, I wanna serve God".... I was energized. My father asked me: "Son what is happening with you???" My answer was... Father... "I wanna serve God, I wanna serve God". My mum was just still. No idea if she understood but my Daddy said: Son, what has happened to you today, I still didn't experienced at 36 years old." Since he said that I could calculate how old I was at that time. This personal experience has accompanied me for all these years and now... it is getting serious.... HE is coming back soon ... and that boy... today 56y....will see HIM coming.

I have felt that joy as well, and felt what it would be like to no longer have a sin nature but for me it happened while talking to my aunt about Christ when I was first saved and a couple other times in dreams. I have also had a feeling or intuition that I would see the Return of a Christ in the Rapture since I was young, probably third grade or so. I’ve mentioned on several occasions to both friends and family that I believed I would see the Rapture and have gone on Rapture watch every Rosh Hashanah for several years now lol. That said, looking at the downfall of the United States there can be no doubt it is imminent. Thanks for sharing and I pray many others get a good hard kick from the Holy Spirit that the time is now to repent and believe in Jesus and be saved.

I know he is coming soon and I'm so grateful to have been saved. Since I've died twice, once in sin and then since salvation and they were opposite experiences. I have no doubt that I was being reserved for judgment in 2001. Then in 2020, I died again and was met by Jesus who restored me then to my body but once you are truly saved, just the contemplation of Jesus is joyful for me. I believe it is so I can see him come back but also to spread the gospel which we are all admonished to do. I hope you're telling your testimony every chance you get so you have those opportunities to share the love of Jesus 🙂

That is idolatry. Dr Barnett is not infallible and his teaching of a pre-tribulation rapture is not found in the Bible and - being kind here - he just about lies about it.

I don't think your view on the rapture (pre trib, mid trib, post trib) plays a role in whether your saved or not. The only thing that matters is whether or not your sins have been covered by the Lamb of God and if you have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit which can only come through faith in Jesus Christ.

@IYearn4HisReturn Christian education regarding many topics is very poor! Has been poor for centuries! Many generations had been told since Christ ascension that his return was eminent! This view is simply not accurate not has it ever been even though it waś thought to be! But we know according to Paul in second Thessalonians that the anti Christ and his reign signals Christ return! We do know that the entire body of Christ which includes old testament believers elected by God will be raptured and though there was an old testament and now a new i one Christ has one body, not two! Lastly amillenials do believe in the rapture but they do not think there is a literal 1000 year earthly reign because the moment Christ entered heaven from his crucifixion his reign began and he reigns now. If you are elected, you will be raptured or resurrected. Christ never stated that his return would be secret!

Christ has one body elected to him by the Father through two testaments! There will be one resurrection for those who will live eternally with the Lord and one for those who will not! The Father elects, the Son sacrificed, the Holy spirit seals! This topic is not easy to grasp even for the best of minds. If you are elected in Christ, you will raised incorruptible! Pure and simple!

@@bechet12 Luke 12 :36 when he comes for his servants where is he coming from. The wedding . You cant have a wedding with out the bride . You need to read the scriptures more and get Gods views on this instead of listening to people who are uninformed telling you what they think rather than what scripture says . Secret is in an hour you do not know is it not. So to install the word secret as though it was a Heresy . You should be real careful in following people who are deceived with creative words to deceive you. Scripture is the final authority always. Think about the 5 wise virgins. Luke 21 pray you may be found worthy to escape all these things. 1 Corinthians 15 not appointed to wrath period not protected through it but not appointed to it. Rev 3 rev 4:1 come up here with the sound like a trump and open door then the 5 virgins go in the door was shut. John 14:3. Luke 25 1 thes 1: 14-18. Dan 9

It’s becoming so sad that as the body of Christ, we argue points that NONE of us know 100 percent. I am guilty of this myself, end it is so dishonoring to our Lord and Savior. Our stupid pride starts seeping out as we try to argue points that we ourselves are interpreting differently. I’m not talking about fundamental gospel stuff. I’m talking about stuff like when the rapture will occur. I’ll tell you who does know. The creator of all things, and we should leave it to him. We as the church should follow his commandments, being faithful as we continue to run this race. And one more thing. When we start calling each other ignorant because of different views on these smaller things, we are sitting against God. We are commanded to love one another. When we admonish, we do it with love. We need to remain in him so he remains in us. We need to humble ourselves and love one another. And faithfully follow his commandments.

I completely agree myself. If God wants us to suffer a little bit to bring as many souls as we can with us to eternity with him, then so be it. If we get out of here early, that's great too! No need to create division, unforgiveness, and anger in our hearts towards our brothers over it...

@@Ddcfus4gsSuffering for Christ could definitely have to do with helping others find Christ. I think it’s largely because he suffered. We will be marked by the world because Christ set us apart. They will see him in us and will hate us. But, think of our reward in heaven. Reread what we get to look forward to. Praise Jesus and the Father. Blessings to you my friend and family in Christ

Though we don't know with 100% precision, it is important to challenge our understanding only to sharpen and refine! Why, because there are false views regarding future eschatological events. The language in scripture is more complex than most of us understand regarding end of days prophecies! There is much doctrinal garbage in the faith on many issues.

I agree that genuine Christians should be able to treat each other with patience, courtesy and love when we discuss doctrinal matters. The MOST important aspect of such discussions is the REASONING of someone else who holds a different viewpoint. I don't go so far as to say eschatology shouldn't be discussed AT ALL among Christians, since it is in the Bible for our knowledge and benefit. It seems to me that the main differences and problems arise due to interpretive methods and their application to various passages. I'm curious about something, which perhaps any Pre-tribbers reading this comment can answer for me. (I'm a Post-tribber myself.) My question also arises out of social media discussions of this topic that I've observed going on in a Facebook group I belong to. My question is this: When did the term "rapture" begin to be used only in reference to the Pre-trib view? I'm a Post-tribber and have always referred to the "Post-Trib Rapture." The term "rapture," while etymologically derivative from the Latin word 'rapio' which in turn is used to translate the Greek 'harpazo,' a form of which-harpagēsometha-is used in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 and is typically rendered there as "will/shall be caught up/away" in English, stems directly from the scriptures and refers back to this 1 Thessalonians passage. So the English language theological term "Rapture" is derived in the way described from the 'catching up' when the Lord returns, and is merely a term of convenience for referring to this event. In that respect, I don't understand why the question of the REALITY of this event should get mixed up with the correctness or incorrectness of the Pre-trib TIMING of it; what I've seen people debating-rather like the implication in title of this video ("…Christians who don't believe in the Rapture?")-is that either Christians think the Rapture is Pre-trib OR THEY THINK IT DOESN'T EXIST AS ALL. I realize this is a development in the usage of terminology, but I've always heard the same event, the Rapture, referred to in terms of belief in its TIMING, and not in terms of belief in its REALITY. I can understand how some people think a Pre-trib timing of a 'secret' Rapture is not biblical, but I don't see why those people are assumed or reported to believe in NO RAPTURE/'CATCHING UP' AT ALL-? I certainly believe in a (Post-Trib) Rapture myself, and so do all the other Post-tribs I know.

But what about those expecting the rapture, only to be tempted by the mark of the Beast. I would rather be pleasantly surprised, than freaked and give in to the mark if the beast. There will be a lot of those that will not be ready to have our heads cut off at the synagogue, like Jesus says in Matt 23 and 24. I would much rather believe I MUST endure to the end, as Christ instructs us. I can't bare not being ready for hell on earth, (but not wrath), and be ready to stand up, for Christ, and allow my death, for the love of Christ. I can only hope everyone will be ready to give their life for Christ, as he gave his for us. Even his beloved disciples each were killed for the love of Christ. I never forget that. Nor do I forget the mark of the beast. I am ready beyond the rapture, and this preps me much better. May the Lord's will be done.

@@bonsaipiper3773 Yahshua is who they pierced. Our Messiah’s name is Yahshua. Some spell it Yeshua. Our Messiah taught the Law of God. The name Yahshua means salvation. Catholicism came along and twisted the doctrine. They created a false Messiah named Jesus and claim he did away with Gods Law. Remember the antichrist is literally called the Lawless one. Main stream Christianity all over the world teaches the Law is done away with. When the antichrist comes he will claim to be Jesus and he will teach what they already believe. That’s why Christians everywhere will be fooled.

You can call him whatever you wish, but if a person believes in their heart He is the King of Kings and died on the cross for the forgiveness of sins and rose again on the third day to life so that we may have eternal life how is calling Him by a different name going to keep you from being with Him in Paradise?

@Tim C Can't. Sacrifices can only be done at the temple. There is currently no temple. The apostles did continue doing Sacrifices throughout the book of Acts until the temple was destroyed in 70AD. The writer of Hebrews wrote about sacrifices happening at that time also. Were they wrong to do so?

My father was waiting for Jesus Christ to return, he wants to see that moment when Jesus appears in the cloud, how wonderful that would be. My father though he would lived to see, but my father passed on 2011, but I have the hope that my father is with our Lord the moment that he took his last breath here . God bless you all.

Your father WILL get to participate in the rapture - the dead in Christ will rise before the living are changed/taken (: 1 Thess 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

I prayed very hard for chuck Missler to stay alive so he could see that event that he was so very passionate about. when he passed away I was very disappointed that my prayers were not answered. driving on the freeway , I feel that the Holy Spirit gave me a comforting message. Chuck didn't miss the rapture blessing, he will greet to experience MORE of the rapture / catching away as HE will get to experience death, being absent from the body and present with the Lord, returning in the spirit with Jesus Christ for the bride. resurrection, then be first to be caught away. what I looked at as a failed prayer was Actually Jesus Christ blessing the man man in a way I could not imagine!!

The pastor speaks true! I've died twice. Once in my sin and I had clearly been reserved for judgment but the last time I died, I think I was okay because Jesus met me, stopped me really, from going beyond the house. I could see through the house when I was in my next form but didn't realize I was dead until Jesus reached passed me and so I looked to where he was stretching his hand to and thats when I saw my lifeless body and I had the strangest sensation for just a second because Jesus had reached into my chest and wrapped his hand around my heart and restored its beat, saying, "No, not yet." Maybe my nest isn't ready yet? I'd go tomorrow if I could but I also kind of want to be here for the mass rapture. As He wills! God bless and Godspeed! Marantha, Abba Father!!

It's the day of Christ or the Day of the Lord, not the day of the Rapture. The Rapture isn't our hope. Sorry to be so blunt. Our hope is supposed to be in Christ, not the Rapture. Our hope is not in getting beamed out. Our hope is in the faith and forgiveness of Christ. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord whether you pass away, as billions of Christians already have and will, or whether you are alive and remain when Christ returns which will end your life as well. You will not be alive. For those people Christ will take them and that will end their life on Planet Earth. Why? Because everyone is appointed once to die and then the judgment. Although, as far the Bible tells us, there have only been two people who have not died, Enoch and Elijah. And maybe those two are the Two Witnesses. No one knows.

@@jamespena4721 It’s not “their opinion”. You’d rather escape persecution and believe this false rapture lie than to stand tall and be persecuted in the name of the Lord. I get we’re not all on the same walks with Christ, but quit looking forward to escaping the same trials & tribulations Jesus’s disciples and other Early Christians had to go through. The rapture is THE beast mentality. Satan is going to fake Christ’s coming before He actually does come, because God is boundless to time, so it technically has happened, which gives Satan leverage to copy it, because he can ONLY do that. He can’t give life, only God can.

II Thesalonians 2:1-4, WE DO NOT GATHER BACK TO CHRIST UNTIL AFTER THE SON OF PERDITION, WHO IS SATAN, STANDS IN THE HOLY PLACE CLAIMING TO BE GOD, CHRIST. RAPTURE BELIEVERS ALREADY HAVE THE MARK OF THE BEAST IN THEIR FOREHEADS AND WILL EAGERLY BE WORSHIPPING SATAN WHEN HE ARRIVES CLAIMING TO BE CHRIST BEFORE CHRIST RETURNS.

I used to preach in prisons and jails. I learned to preach Jesus and focus on salvation in these settings. Several times I spoke on the rapture. The inmates started arguing, fighting, and a riot would ensue. Guards would have to lock down and whisk me out of area. Definitely not a doctrine to lead with the lost, my opinion. Unless there is curiosity. I believe now that the teaching is best for the mature in Christ.

Oh that's absolutely true I 100% believe that the word of God teaches the pre-trib rapture it's found throughout the Bible old and New testament Jesus teachers in the upper room to the disciples before his crucifixionl l in the book of John chapter 14 he speaks of going away and parallels it to a Jewish Galilean wedding which the disciples were very familiar with and knew what he was talking about so it seems like demonic entities are trying pretty hard 2 have a lot of arguing and other evil actually name-calling within the body of Christ concerning the rapture of the church a lot of darkness is being shown concerning this topic it definitely is not being considered as the blessed hope which the holy spirit of God through the apostle Paul speaks of in the book of Titus ya so if the church is going to go through the tribulation why would the holy spirit of God say to comfort one another with these words of the blessed hope I really don't think Jesus wants to beat up his bride there will be a huge amount of people that will come to salvation in the tribulation. The saints that will be beheaded that will die for Christ in the tribulation butt we are in the church age right now and the bride of Christ

We meet on Sunday as it's the Lord's day, and the early church also met on Sunday, as people who weren't followers of the Way and other Jews were at synagogue on Saturday. Go and learn this: "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath."

In June of 2020 I had a Rapture dream. I was laying in bed half asleep when I saw a bright light and and a loud thunder clap, I got up and looked out side there was not a cloud in the sky. I went back to bed and heard the holy spirit say "your not ready" that's when I started to read the Bible and pray at least 2 hrs a day. About a month later I had another dream/ vision, in which I was stuck in traffic, and got out of my vehicle to see chaos all around me. Then suddenly I was standing at the end of a church an all white tuxedo and the people in the pues were also all in white. Everyone very young like in there teens or twenties. Men were wearing all white tuxedos and women wearing long white gowns with habits on their heads and we're singing praises to the Lord for a hymnal, and at the end of the all white cathedral was Jesus floating in mid air with a bright light behind him where the alter should be, and his arms were extended as if to hug me and he had a big smile. I was so shocked I woke up from my vision/ dream asking my self what the heck just happened? I said to my self, WOW! You were Raptured! It was amazing even if it was just for a moment. I asked for a rapture dream and that's exactly what I got. Glory to God! I've been studying and reading the word and praying ever since.

If the Church is raptured then who would be left to be the Saints and the 2 witnesses.... I love Brother John Barnet he is a great teacher, but I do not understand this whole pre-trib rapture... The Bible does not say this, revelation states "the saints and the witnesses make war with the beast and are overcome"... It goes on to say, and they are those who came out of the Great Tribulation: Revelation 7:14, KJV: "And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." Revelation 13:7-8: 7Then the beast was permitted to wage war against the saints and to conquer them, and it was given authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation. 8And all who dwell on the earth will worship the beast-all whose names have not been written from the foundation of the world in the Book of Life belonging to the Lamb who was slain.… Clearly folk are going through the Tribulation, maybe people are scared at the thought of having to go through such horror, or confusing God's period of Wrath, with that of the Great Tribulation... But we cannot deny, what the Bible has said in regard to Saints making war with the Beast being overcome

Then there are the 144,000 thousand that are sealed and witness to others, and then there are 3 angels that go over all the world warning people not to take the mark of the beast, not to worship him or his image. It is believed that people who come to Christ during this time will be the ones that come out of the Tribulation. I wonder as well what happens to the ones that are raptured.

Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it.

If one isn't looking, watching, waiting, asking to be counted "worthy to escape" the things about to take place, with oil filled lamps (Holy Spirit filled), and spotless garments (living in repentance), and you don't BELIEVE in rapturo/harpazo, then simple, you won't go! But endure- wait 'til after tribulation, and be a Tribulation Saint, gathering souls for heaven will be the job, even through hell on Earth.. as angels will be flying above preaching the gospel as well... When He sets His foot atop Mt. Olives, Jerusalem, stops the wars (WWlll), and splits the Earth, then all eyes will see Him. But, I think you may be missing a point, that Jesus, after he came off of the cross, walked out of his tomb, and walked again with his disciples, he ASCENDED back up to the Father- that's right, Father YHWH "raptured", harpazoed, "took up", His only Son. Ascended ascend · travel up. Synonyms: go up · move to a better position in life, Synonyms: move up, rise · come up - just like Enoch walked with God, and then he "was not"! It's a believer's prerogative though, to believe, or not believe. No harm done, hopefully more saved during the Great Tribulation. Just be ready at all times, if you want to be snatched away! For you know Not what time, the Bridegroom cometh!

The whole rapture thing feels like a distraction from the true goal...Its saving souls for Gods Kingdom...We have to focus on Gods kingdom and the Gospel... That is more important than the Rapture...We have to finish the work... The apostles before us died for us to finish the race and continue the work they did not finish for Christ...A rapture and looking for one seems like a way out of what is important...Whether I die preaching the Gospel or live to see a rapture it does not matter to me...I win either way because I get to see the Lord Jesus Christ and sit before him and enjoy his presents for the rest of my life...And appreciate what he has done for me on earth and truly enjoy what I will experience in heaven...We need to look towards saving souls for his kingdom and honoring him here on earth...God bless you all and may Christ be with you all.....

Another bingo. Has anybody checked where this Scofield Bible comes from anyway? He was just a man with an idea. God wrote the Bible way before he came along. Some would say this is a non-essential issue but if I don't believe it then am I subtracting it from Scripture or did Scofield add it to Scripture? We don't need to fear death. Jesus already conquered it. Paul said to die is gain not rapture no pain.

@IYearn4HisReturn I know. I remember the parable of the brides. But I also know the reason we're still waiting for Jesus is because in His Mercy, God is not willing that any should perish. Considering how close I was to missing eternity because my eyes and ears were closed to the Word makes me shudder. Everytime I feel impatient in my waiting, I think about how close I was to missing Eternity. Because I was a lost sheep that Jesus left the flock to go find in the wilderness, I'm willing to wait as long as it takes for Him to retrieve those who still wander. I know in my heart that time is drawing to a close and that the Rapture is imminent so I'm praying this messages reaches any sleepy Christians, seeker types, wanders, and those who have been deceived by new age occultism or worldly religion.

The Bible tells us that in the tribulation, there is the biggest reaping of souls for the Kingdom of Christ than in all of human history. These are the martyrs who will refuse to denounce Jesus and refuse the mark of the Beast. The Rapture happens BEFORE the tribulation. The Bride of Christ is removed before the start. Proof is in the Word. Revelation chapters 1-3 records the judgement of the churches. Only one group of Believers will be found to be exempt from the time of Jacob's trouble. Jesus tells us there are many in the dead churches that are found innocent, but the Truth is few will be Raptured. Those Believers who are truly set apart from this world and who are focused on watching for the Return of Christ will be caught up in the air. It is the event that triggers the tribulation. What we are living in right now is just the beginning of the time of sorrows.

The Apostle Paul wrote in one of his New Testament epistles that we are fully justified by faith in Messiah Jesus. Period. End of discussion.

How could one not believe in rapture when Bible says "dead in Christ will rise first then those who are alive and remain will be CAUGHT UP to me Jesus IN THE AIR"

This is the rapture. The disappearance of millions of people will cause mass panic and collapse of economy. Antichrist will step on to the scene with ALL the answers and will bring peace to the world (at first) then he will show his true nature a year and a half later and turn on Israel

@@knarftrakiul3881 you say that eith zero biblical references to back it up. The dead in christ will rise first(1 thessalonians 4:17), when do the dead in christ rise? Revelations 20:4-5 is when jesus raises the dead in christ, he also says "this is the first ressurection". How can the rapture happen before the dead in christ are risen? And if there is a rapture before the dead in christ are risen the 1 corinthians 15:52 is false because we will then preceede those who have fallen asleep in christ and we would go before the dead in christ. If the dead in christ are risen before the end of the tribulation in revelations 20:4-5 then that raising of the dead in christ is not the first ressurection and you make the words of christ written through John a liar! How do you explain these things?

Ssooo looking forward to the gap theory video. I can hold that information for future sharing. Even if people think I'm odd, like people have before in ref to the earth being about 7000 years old, not millions. I've been abused on Facebook for mentioning to read the book of Matthew, I deleted the platform after that. The words from Dr Barnett helps us through this beautiful planet. Thank you Sir.

When darkness falls--the power grids, the Internet, and Cell servic fail--light a candle and read the Lord's Prayer and Psalms 23 out loud. Do this frequently. As in the days of the Exodus so it is in our time.
