As a non-profit, how do I accurately complete a W9 for an entity to send my foundation a payment

I have a few ideas for charities. I'm having issues on how to sort it all out or which legal structure to follow. I'd like to eventually run a record label, a business to raise funds for struggling creatives, and a business for advancements in inventions and innovations (have at least 3 new invention ideas in regards to harm reduction and adaptive gear for people with disabilities, but legal processes are difficult and I haven't been able to get these ideas solidified into patents, etc. I am lower class and have very small amounts of fiscal help currently, not sure where I can get help for getting these ideas off the ground).

I'd also maybe like an umbrella holding company for whatever subsidiaries I decide to become children companies of the parent company. I'm not sure what legal structures would be best for each. I'd appreciate any help that you could share!!

The focus on the record label would have to be on industry changing variables in the company. I would want the bare minimum as far as profit for myself, but would hope that I can help fund the musicians that I find to be worth helping. It's just that I don't have the funds available currently.
