Hi ADELINA, I've yet to watch one of your videos which I I didn't thoroughly enjoy, and this one is, as ever, a jewel. I too love animals, and share my 1,100 sq ft single story town house with my 14 yr old Mountain Feist dog, adopted at age one, Harper Lee, and my 4/5 ? yr old short haired tuxedo cat, given to me by my granddaughter when one of her neighbors moved and left the cat to fend for itself, Squeaky. I feed, groom, and take care of them, and they entertain, comfort, and listen to me talk, talk, and talk. If I had ever in my 77 years today, found a man who greeted me the way Harper Lee and Squeaky do when I return home, whether I've been away for ten minutes or hours, I would not be twice married and twice divorced. As you can tell, I have no problem talking about myself, so it is difficult for me to understand why you have a problem talking about yourself. You are an extremely warm, genuine, funny, interesting person, and I've always felt like you are talking directly to me, but maybe I too would have your problem if I had a KZfaq channel and knew I could possibly be talking to, as is your case, 18K people, plus an almost limitless number of others. You keep taking good care of yourself, be safe, keep posting your great videos, and I'll keep showing up in your comments section. Much love, Alice in South Carolina, US.

I am also vegan for the animals. Went vegetarian 32 years ago, raised my kids from birth that way, and gradually got all rid of all animal products. I find being vegan is actually easier for me because the line has been drawn, no more occasional snicker bars, nothing. I hope more people learn about the reality of the meat and dairy industry, and the harmful effects it has on other living things, the earth, and your health. Thank you so much for sharing a bit about your journey, you are a joy to watch. ❤️🙂

I've enjoyed watching the videos about your tiny house life. I've watched other tiny house videos, but I really like how you made your house and the layout, because I too would not like having to climb into a loft, etc. You do have storage steps to your bedroom and that is great, plus you do have the other loft for storage or whatever you would need. You really have thought it out well. I love the kitchen layout and the special made cabinets, the built in pantry space, the air exchange system to keep down moisture, etc. VERY well thought out. Nice!

Excellent to know that the house is "moveable when it needs to be with a simple "wide-load-permit". Most CDL-A drivers could do this move...but they are usually only hired to do so...after 3-5 years of driving experience in CDL-A. Moving on: So, you started out as a "Teller" in a bank.....then moved onto that which is manageable on a home computer...that's quite a jump...showing your talent as well. So...suggestion. You should team up with your "home builder" and offer the schematics for this build; being its a bit unique at "one foot wider than usual" moving down the street. Show people a copy of a 'special permit" needed to move such a tiny house...make it believable/by showing....then sell a bunch of "Plans for your house"...with possible changes....by working with your company/builder. Too many peeps would like to have that little bit extra room...for viable living Like your "speed, background history (Hx), enthusiasm,...knowledge and overall thoughtfulness. You're a fun person to listen to. You could represent "ANY" company that YOU believed in...and become wealthy selling things. I know this is NOT your goal...you don't exude haughtiness or covetousness. This is entirely why you would become "monetarily successful doing so. I think God and Jesus MUST be first in your life...and everyone's. Cheers.

Like you, my grandmother came to the US from Portugal when she was a very young girl. The first time she saw snow she said, "No wonder Americans are so rich. Look, sugar falls from the sky here!" To take advantage of this discovery, she took pots and pans outside to gather up the "sugar." Of course, later that day it all melted! As she would tell it, that was her first lesson regarding how things were not always as they seemed.

You are so charming. Just found your channel and decided to subscribe. I always thought I could live in a tiny house. I chose a small cottage on the lake instead. When the kids left (single mom too) I downsized from a 2,000 sq ft house to 850. My worry with a tiny house was always where I could park it, as they are not yet fully accepted in communities and there are so many by laws. I live in Ontario so have cold winters but not as cold as Alberta for sure. I do love your home. It's very livable but I am a bit taller and older than you so would want a stand up bedroom.
