How do you book all your session appointments - what calendar program & what invoicing programs do you use? 3. When will be be offering editing training videos? Q&A Questions 1. Do you give your clients contracts and request a deposit at the time? 2. How many pictures do you offer on average with a session? 3. Do you Do 1 set price for a session and then a Package with included X amount of pictures or give them all edits with the session price only? How much do you charge per Picture after package?

Hi Fenna! I love your videos and the way you explain is very clear and useful. The questions I have are : 1. Do you select the photos you deliver your clients according to the package they bought or do you send them extra photos for them to pick and charge them for the extra photos additional to the pack? 2. Do you have any kind of insurance for accidents? 3. Do you make the parents sign an authorization to show the photos in social networks? Thanks a lot! I will be waiting for your q&a video!

Hello! Love love ur videos thanks for all ur energy and always full of kindness and good vibe. I'm been taking pictures for a while but can't seem to get sharp images my kids are 5, 3,2 they keep moving then they are out of focus. I do Ai servo now and spot focus. Is there any other settings u use for children? I'm mostly taking about out door pictures. Thanks!

Lovely video! For the Q&A: how long it takes you since you make a photoshoot until to give it to the parents? And for the editing of each picture? Wich size (mininum) do you recommend for a studio? I will have one that is 14m3. What do you do if the baby or the kids are not in a good mood? Do you wait a while or do you cancel the session?

Hi thank your for your videos and for doing this Q&A. My question is about the black background and the black blanket for newborn photography. Does it come out that black or do u fix it in photoshop? And would you consider showing unedited photos straight out of camera to just get an idea of what they look like. When i do pictures i am some times disappointed in it because they dont look as nice so i feel like i have to do so much editing to get it “ok”. So it would be nice to see the before and after. Thank you

Me as a professional photographer, I always crop to a 5 x 7 which goes to a 11 x 14 nicely. Unless you talk to them other wise, That's what I do anyways. Been a Photographer for 30 years

How many sessions do you schedule a week and how many days a week. Also what is your typical editing time for a newborn session and milestones. A newborn session typically takes me a couple days since my baby is still so little and I have to stop a lot:) Love your channel❤️

For those of us new in photography, what file formats do you send to clients and/or for printing? Obviously it's most likely to be jpeg in high resolution? but for example, if you want to print a photo professionally should it be saved/exported in Adobe RGB/sRGB? I find it's a bit confusing? Hi, I love watching your videos! I have 3 questions for you: 1. How do you keep the tissue paper honeycombs from being squished during a cake smash? 2. The vinyl backdrops I have are really slippery and I have tried a few different things to keep them from moving under an energetic 1 y.o. (mostly I just have their parents sit close), any tips or what do you do? I want to make sure they don't get hurt and I don't give myself extra photoshop work. 3. When you are doing family portraits with more than 1 baby/toddler, do you have tricks to get them to look at the camera at the same time or do you composite the image together (I usually use some sort of a noise maker or composite the image but there are times that I still don't get exactly what I'm hoping for)?

Q: Have you ever used a virtual assistant? Do you outsource for things such as logo or website design? Years ago, I did some commission work- weddings mostly and location h.s. senior portrait sessions. I wish I would have stuck with it. I wish I would have hired someone to help me with my sales. That was the hard part for me. Somebody told me I had what it takes but I just didnt know how to scoop up the cash. I always want to give everything away. That is why I am interested in hiring someone or virtual assistant. .What are your thoughts? love your channel. You are such an inspiring person. Plus, your beautiful personality is just so lovable. I am so happy for all of your successes. When you post a video, I get so excited to watch!

My Questions 1. What do you do if you have a newborn that's crying all the time and copuld get soothed? Do you try it at another day and do you get extra charge for that? I had it once and after 90 min of trying to sooth him, I said, that it makes no sense and tryed it the next day. 2. I often need 4 to 5 hours for a newborn shoot. IWth sibilings, parents, 3 props, 3 ways on beanbag. Most of the time try to sooth baby, try for him to sleep, getting fed etc I want to take it doan to 2 to 2,5 hours...how do i archive that?

How do you handle close friends asking to do photo sessions? Do you give them a discount? if so, how much? how about recurring customers? How do you know which angle to photograph kids? I find myself wishing I had moved higher or more to a side when looking at the pictures i took.

Just humorous to me maybe for my age is that about 3:30 into this video you are using the term "drawers", and seeing into them. Why is it funny-ish to me is that I am an old codger where in some time way prior to your youthfulness, in at least the USofA, "drawers" also meant underwear. I am pretty certain that you did not mean what you said as it meant back in the 1960s and about, but it just made me smile aloud. I often tell others today from other places that American English often times has 27 meanings for the same word or phrase. I love those differences, even with only dealing with the non-native USofAers, because it is fun. Note: A way around this of which I spoke is to have more clarity... as in, not just a drawer, but a dresser drawer (or whatever). That being that... (long pause)... still laughing because I am silly in that way also.
