Your just a doll!!! Well after losing our home a few years ago and our family struggling to get back on our feet... Through it all our family remained healthy and whole and after a couple years of prayers and hard work we are spending our first Christmas this year 2017 in our brand new home💕 Side note... I almost lost myself... Fitness is my outlet... It makes me a healthier and stronger wife and mother and I almost lost that part of me but YOU...YOU have been such an inspiration my dear❤️

girl, I've been following you for a year now I think, but I'd only see your workouts skipping right to the good parts (sorry, I really don't mean harm by this). BUT because I had free time during the holidays well I stopped skipping the intros and now I'm binge watching your more face-to-face videos cause I adore you. Such a lovely personality and so kind! I work for a non profit that provides transportation to seniors in our community to their medical appointments, grocery shopping, etc. We are a volunteered based program and when we can't find a volunteer to take a senior to their appointment, we call the senior and let them know we were unable to find a volunteer and most times the senior has to cancel their appointment at the doctor's office because they have no other means of transportation. It breaks my heart to cancel appointments. Today, I almost had to cancel an appointment but found a volunteer at the last minute! Not canceling any appointments today makes it a beautiful day to be alive! haha. IG: jordelley :)

Hello Whitney! It's a beautiful day to be alive because I'm super duper excited to go back to le'gym. I took a break from it for just a day of baking and reading a new book I picked up for myself. It's such a free feeling to be able to just do the things you want to do without feeling guilty. My roommates were happy about the bakes, and it made my heart happy sharing something sweet and warm with them during the holiday season. Anyway..... you've been such a big help to me mentally in sharing your philosophy of "it's a life style" and giving detailed instructions on workouts and gym equipment. Honestly it's very hard to stay positive when things are poopy lol but nonetheless something I've learned is that no matter what, you have to keep you're head up and stay positive. Like I'm sure everyone else, I've gone through so much this year. I don't even want to say it because I don't want that to be the focus. Rather, that no matter what you're going through remember the words "this too shall pass". Im glad to be alive and to be getting stronger with every obstacle that life throws at me. If it weren't for all this I wouldn't have found my love for fitness and for that I'm grateful everyday. I'm happy to be alive . Thank you for all your positive energy and vibes.

I work at a cancer clinic and the week before Christmas we get to dress up in holiday attire “elf style” and it makes the patients day! So it makes my day! Everyone loves it so much. That’s my positive vibe for the day/month 💕

I know it’s late for the winners, but I just wanted to let you know how much your videos impact me. Today was defiantly a beautiful day to be alive, my grandfather has been in the InTensive care unit, and went through with a high risk procedure and made it through, being positive was the biggest part for support today. I cannot tell you how much I live by the saying 'Everything happens for a reason', I have been super down about not being able to have my first christmas in Sydney like I planned it, instead having no money to buy presents or decorations as I am currently off work because my visa has not come through in time. I am a midwife and actually withdrawing from not working HOWEVER today is a beautiful day to be alive because this whole experience has made me realise just how amazing my job is and how much it means to me and I will never take it for granted again, So although this is a crappy experience I have drawn the positives out and feel so much better!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE make up and honestly got so excited when I saw your giveaways and legit can't single one out that I would love more. I am a HUGE tarte lover but also a big fan of the sponges. Hi Whitney!! I have been in 2 car accidents as a cyclist. Before this, I have always been pretty active and struggled with my body image. After my car accidents, I was unable to do the physical activities at the intensity I used to be able to do or at all. I was discouraged and stopped working out. I hated my body. After coming across your channel about 2 years ago, I thought you were so funny and happy. I loved your content and I started doing some of your workouts! I never really knew what to do at the gym or knew which exercises to do to target certain parts of my body. I still incorporate your workouts in my routines to this day! After a lot of work, I no longer struggle with my body image and it really is ok to treat yourself! I learned that from you! I thought that you have to eat clean alll the time! But its ok to have a cookie or ice cream here and there! It doesn’t set you back, it makes you human! Im grateful that I am here today and continuing my fitness journey! 1st or 2nd bundle! Hi Whit! I am a second grade teachers aid, and today one of my kids who’s moving to Mexico over the break gave me a goodbye letter. It said, “Dear Ms. Ori, Im sad I’m leaving. I’m really gonna miss your class, you’re a great teacher. You make me happy when I get sad sometimes because I miss my mom. Please send me letters because I’ll miss you in Mexico.” He really struggles with writing, and I could tell that he put a lot of effort into making sure everything was spelled correctly (of course without the commas and apostrophes, I put those in to make it readable lol). That’s why it’s a beautiful day to be alive! It immediately warmed my heart. Working with kids can be so hard, and that letter reminded me why I do it. I probably wrote way too much, haha. Today is a beautiful day because I had my last finals for my first semester of senior year in high school and it's also been a great week because I've been nothing but sore from your workouts! Whenever I need advice and motivation or to just bring more excitement into my fitness routine you are always the girl I trust and come to! somedays are hard and on those days i feel like i’m too anxious to even stand up and get off the bus at my stop bc people are probably judging me for some reason i can’t even think of but my mind is telling me they are, yeah those days are rough. Today, i sat in the change room of my school gym, all changed in my gym outfit, headphones and water bottle ready, but i just felt like i couldn’t go i couldn’t walk out that door and i just wanted to put everything away and change out of my outfit. But what pushes me is thinking “think about how happy nikki is, how happy whitney is, how happy grace is, jazmine, sam james, maryana, etc.” i watch all of you for a reason and it’s not just for the fit tips but it’s for all your confidence and how happy all of you are and it really truly can impact soooo many people. It’s a beautiful day to be alive because i didn’t change out of my outfit and walk away from the gym like i have before, i walked out of that change room and had one of the best leg days ever. About 4ish months ago I started college and was extreamly depressed. My roommate selecting was screwed up so I didn’t have roommates, basically no friends, gained a lot of weight and just felt sorry for myself without doing anything to achieve a goal. I started watching your videos and I have lost over 10 pounds. 🤗 Forever grateful for the hard work and dedication you put into your videos daily! I love the fact that now I am in a better mindset and I feel physically better because of you. You were a voice for me on really quiet days when I had no one else to talk to. Thank y’all! He was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, cancer of the eye. Stage D on an A-E scale, lost his left eye after 2 rounds of chemo. Hoping 2018 is the year he will become a cancer survivor!

Hey Whit! Today is a beautiful day because today my sexual assault report was finalized and will be brought to the board in a couple weeks. Although this has been one of the toughest couple months of my life, I stood up for myself for the first time ever. Throughout the semester and the investigation I found peace in working out, eating healthy, and loving myself both mentally and physically. I learned how to put myself first and focused on my health as well and have officially lost 63 pounds. Through trials I have become stronger. Today is a beautiful day because I’m at peace knowing I did everything I could and it’s up to god now. Sorry for the rant lol. my instagram is @nicolelunberg 😊

IG: summerdped Today was a beautiful day to be alive because I have been making steps in the right direction to overcome my anxiety and depression. I got out of bed, had a hearty healthy breakfast, cleaned the house, did some laundry and then went to the gym. I am beyond proud of myself for not stopping there though! I got home and have eaten healthy all day! I've gotten my water intake for the day and I did my happy journal and my daily devotion. I'm finally starting to feel happy about my life again! I would be happy with any of the bundles but honestly I just love watching your video's, they give me a little something extra to look forward to at the end of my day :)

Happiness from TODAY!.. So I am a financially struggling mama with no extended family, but two adorable kids and gratitude seriously keeps me going strong every day. Today was filled with a lot of stress, exhaustion, etc. My complex had Santa come to the office though and I was so thankful because we could recieve a free pic! Not gonna lie though, Rich and I were worried because my complex is HUGE (a couple thousand huge) and there was a very, very long line outside, and we disn't get much sleep the night beforw..so we were not excited about waiting in line with two kids..Mostly our two year old because ..well..he's 2, so.enough said lol. It was chilly and it was a VERY long line. Well, it turned out to be just awesome! The lights outside and a huge blown up Santa kept my toddler so occupied and he just kept talking about the lights over and over again..it was the cutest (literally, not annoying at all, and some kids can sound very irritating ha..I kid... (*whispers* no I dont)) because besides the fact that he is the sweetest/most handsome boy with long locks that ya ever did see (for real, he is so cute and he knows it, and he takes advantage of it with daddy) but he kept saying. "Ooo mommy, look, lights! And blue lights. Light up dere! (On the roof) Santa moven! (his nose and whiskers moved lol)" and even though this was on repeat, he said it with such joy and like it was the first time everytime..he was just ENTHRALLED. My older son (ten) ended up being more annoying, unexpectedly (lol) but then when we got inside and it was our turn, Zachary (2) was lookin like *who in the HECK is this, uh-uh..not happening!* he wasn't having it, and he's brave as §*¡t! So my big baby, Noah, reached out and took him, Zachary holding on like a monkey that has the grip of a bodybuilder with a completely blank face..facing the camera, but away from Santa...and then right after, they got a gift. My baby got a teddy bear, and if you could just SEE this boys face as he was handed a white bear with a candy cane colored scarf..it was like the magic "aha" moment of *THIS is Christmas! And santa isnt scary.* hit him and he was SOO happy..like the kind that starts off with a dropped mouth kinda shock and the asow smile happy like *umm..esscuse me..this is for me? Nooooo!? It is!? YAAAAAAY!!*..he kept telling us on the walk home that it was HIS "tebby bear" (yes..tebby, not teddy, tebby) and he named him Snowflake (yep, he's a genius). This just filled my heart up so full, and it made all the stress of the day and what's to come just melt away. Now, I just need to remind myself to be grateful BEFORE waiting for something grand to happen when it's a rough day! My kids and seeing life in their eyes is truly the greatest gift of all, and it made today a GREAT day to be alive! Today, all my final grades were posted. I finished my full time semester (technically just graduated with my associate's, but I'm continuing on to my bachelor's next semester) and I received ALL A's, while having a full time job. It was so tough, but I am very very happy and proud of myself. :) (insta: leabamxo and I would take any bundle, preferably the 3rd one but I'm not too picky :))

Today a great day because I am on break from nursing school. I am grateful that a I have supportive family and friends to get me through schooling for a career change. If anyone is unhappy with their current job/career, go try something new. Why stay somewhere unhappy? Think of the big picture. It may take a while to get where you want to go, it will be tough because finances will change and it'll take work, but if it's something you're passionate about, it'll be worth it in the end. Whit, thanks for having a giveaway. Any of them would be awesome, but I love that you're spreading positivity. Keep it up!
