Please don't forget to spend time with each other, going on dates, and honesty is key...if you are upset about something, don't hold it in. It will boil over to a huge fight. Also, please please be gentle with each other... oftentimes when the child comes, all the gentleness is given to the child and the Parents become gruff & short with each other. Fanta loves looking at her parents, very responsive baby... as a parent of grown children, please take time for each other (don't worry about the small stuff). Fanta also needs to see happy parents in love. You all are sooooo cute together!

What a calm baby! She looks observant too! True, she looks a lot like daddy now. But Aisha I believe she will grow into a beautiful lady just like her mom. I noticed throughout our lives we can go back and forth between looking like our moms or dads.

@@missydonald6381 I get that I have looked like my dad all of my life the most but I did grow into resembling my mom some. Girls I see often have a strong resemblance of daddy. I believe she will show some of mom's beauty too.

@@missydonald6381 Let's pull this apart some, "you don't think that she will look like her mother" that's true you don't think but who can be certain at this stage. Let's be honest this beautiful baby is multi-racial and connected to Asia, Africa and Europe continents because of her parents' history, I am too honestly. It's possible to pick up various traits from our ancestry as we develop, it's almost like a toss in the bag. Yes, from the looks of it she will probably have a stronger Korean phenotype, but as she becomes a woman more than likely she will take on some her mom's traits. ..."make Aisha feel better..." is there something wrong with making mom feel better? When I was a baby my mom said she was asked about me being her baby. As I got older I did look like her more in some ways. I'm speaking from personal experience here. God Bless you...

Most 1st babies closely resemble the father. 2nd child Mom and the 3rd is a true mix of both.

OMG, I enjoyed seeing Fanta. 👶 She was letting you know she was upset with you talking to everyone else and not giving much talk to her. 🤣 She is such a beautiful little baby. Yes, Daddy she looks like you, the Asian features are there for sure so she is Daddy's little girl. Aisha, we will give him his bragging rights 🤣I love watching this family because they are so full of love and kindness towards each other that surrounds Fanta and even the dog.🐶

Sometimes it's hard to tell when the child is still young. As a child grows older (esp for mixed race child), the looks may also change, even eye and skin color.

She may or may not change but for now she looks exactly like dad. Your next baby may look totally different its a wait and see for the next baby go round. My two kids looked completely different from each other, taking after 2 different sides of the family. When people see their pictures together they never see siblings but they are 100%

Still embrace those times for yourselves and do date nights even if it’s a home when she’s asleep. Keep that 🔥going. As Fanta gets older consider your both cultures to celebrate with her and teach her heritage. ( my kid has embraced my 2different cultures n lifestyles) Its an awesome feeling.

All 3 of you get a gold star 🌟 for the first time experience for all 3 of you ! I agree that care taking is the primary function of parenting. But you’ll be surprised how much you are teaching her by your choice of music, by reading to her and by stimulation of toys and objects. How you are with your dog teaches her about caring for animals. She is like a sponge and she is absorbing so much no Korean, English, German ??? She’s gonna be a very smart girl!❤

@@twincherry4958 I could be wrong but I think Aisha said she is ethnically German, but because of a war, the place where she is from is now part of Italy. So that could be the reason why she speaks German. She might speak Italian too though!

As a parent, I am not bothered by the no kid locations. Honestly sometimes people without kids just want to get out and if you are in a space where a parent is allowing their kid to just do whatever, it is annoying. I’m just going to say this. not everyone likes kids like that. People think that’s rude but kids aren’t for everyone. Also, a lot of people work from cafes. There are more than enough cafes in SK that if one is a no kid zone go to another. They are literally everywhere. It’s not like the US where cafe culture isn’t a real thing and they aren’t as available. Some people say stay home if you don’t want to be around kids. Some say stay home if you don’t like kids free zones. Literally we should have both zones so people can choose. Kid zone or kid free zone.

I remember being pregnant at 28 yrs old with my first child and saying to my husband, I am terrified when this child comes out, he asked me why, and I started crying saying, we will be responsible for this child for the rest of our lives. He smiled held me and said, please do not forget I am here, it is 2 person job and we will be ok. I kept crying because to me it was terrifying, now I am 62 and looking back I realize though it can be terrifying, it can also be so beautiful, I had 2 boys who are now grown men and they were happy babies and now happy men. Remember there are licenses for everything under the sun, but none for having babies and no matter how many baby books you read, it flows naturally for both parents just loving each other and the children you bring into this world with all of your heart, the rest will take care of itself. I really enjoyed watching you with Fanta. Yes raising a child takes a lot of time, commitment and patience but by working together you will be able to do it. Aisha, I've never seen any cafe's or restaurants in the US ( living at home or traveling ) that has said 'No' kids' are welcomed! We even allow pets to come inside. Turning away family with kids would cost the owners lots of $$$ and that is something they can't afford to do, especially in today's society. Your husband mentioned that in his culture, not everyone wants or have kids, if I understood. him correctly. Maybe that is another reason, the cafe owners can afford to do this. It is not affecting. their business income to much. I believe ( just as you; have stated) that it is the responsibilities of the parents to raise & teach their children how to behave. & be respectful of others. If this is practiced more, then I feel that cafe owners would feel different. Blessed Sunday!

Korea has been the country with the lowest birth rate for the past two years so yes, there aren't many kids. Especially some parts of seoul, you will be surprised to see a child since families don't life there are don't go there. Pet aren't allowed into cafes by default. It has to be a pet cafe or pet friendly cafe for them to be allowed in

These are some interesting observations. I think that a lot of things have changed regarding accessibility for strollers and disabled people. Some countries have been quicker to adopt these changes. And I think that the thinking behind why this is needed is changing. When I was little, my mom didn’t have a car. My dad worked at night and slept during the day. Living in a big city, public transportation was how we got around. She would close the stroller and carry us on the bus or she winked keep the stroller intact and get on the bus backwards so she could get the stroller wheels up the bus stairs if no one was there to help lift it from the other end. Now, buses are much more accessible.

Never forget that we first learn by mimicking what we see. You are teaching her even at this stage. Because everything is new and it's all information we take in and store especially the actions they see you do on repeat even if it's not on purpose.

In the middle of taking care of your pretty baby I also hope like the other subscribers that you both take care of each other and your love well but I also hope you take care of yourselves well. It really takes a team effort but a team can only be a true team if all the players are happy and healthy 💞 Find time every now and then for just each other and your families but also it's not bad to have an outing with your friends.
