Really appreciate this Q&A. Lots of answers I was looking for and really enjoyable to watch. Flipped alignment tokens are an idea that sounds good for a couple seconds and then you realize what a nightmare it'd be to actually use. The one thing that could be useful is a flipped version of characters that will likely swap a lot (Cult Leader and Goon are prime examples). Upside-down is still easier.

For instances when good tokens need to be shown as evil: Instead of printing both colors, include a few red plastic rings to place around the blue tokens on the grim. -- Now I see folks in the live chat had the same idea.

For the common alliance-changing-characters wouldn't double sided tokens, good on one side, evil on the other, be much easier than seperate good and evil tokens? When you take the token from the player, just be sure to tell them their starting alliance if it is unclear.
