Another great video. Arriving in Aruba (Palm Beach) on January 26th for 2 weeks. Can’t wait as it’s been 3 years since our last visit due to Covid restrictions. Checking the weather app it’s showing some rain each day during that time. We’ve been coming there each year in Jan/Feb except during Covid and have never experienced much rain. Hope the weather app is wrong. Sending best wishes to Marleen for a full recovery from her health issues. We’ll be watching out for you Hyro when we’re there.

excellent idea to have Q@A i am glad that you responded to my post. On the subject of Trams , I think your idea on maybe paying for the ride is right on. My wife and i would gladly pay a couple of bucks to ride the tram, as I'm sure everyone else would do the same. The government could use the money somewhere. With so many tourists, it would add up pretty fast. On the subject of trash, we did see more bins than before, so maybe were on the right track. All the best to Marlene, I subscribed to her blog today. Keep up the good work.

My bf and I always pick up any trash we see when we are on the beach or near the pool area… I feel like people think they don’t have to throw their crap away cause they are on vacation. Not right…. Sending love and prays to you both

Hello Hyro and Marleen As you can see this is "stewart quark". However this is my KZfaq name. My actual name is Michael Felock. I live in Pennsylvanai USA. As I have said before ( over and over!) my first trip ever to HEAVENLY ARUBA was this past September, 2022. Ever since, it has been a dream of mine to return one day. Thinking this might not happen very soon just YESTERDAY, Feb 4, 2023 I received a very unexpected present that is a trip to ARUBA this coming September 2023. Needless to say I am ecstatic about this! I will continue to watch your videos and more. Thank you!

Our visit to Aruba last week was incredible! Huge thanks to your youtube channel for all of the insight. Masha Danki!! Highlights of our trip: Arikok National Park 8 hour UTV rental and exploring the whole east side of the island Getting to the new natural pool early enough that we had it all to ourselves for over an hour Surfing lessons with Dennis Johnny Cakes from The colorado shack Snorkeling Mangel Halto and Boca Catalina Dinner at La Tavola and Zeerovers Sunsets at Mangel Halto Visiting the art district of San Nicolas and the secret beach you have a video about Things that im glad i tried but wouldnt do again: baby beach eagle beach Dutch pancakes The royal mall and that whole tourist trap area of oranjestad 👎👎 flying fishbone restaurant Kibaima resturant

Azia is a favorite restaurant of mine as well, the food is good and the staff is extremely nice. Regarding the question inquiring about navigation on the island, I utilize the navigation application Maps Me which works extremely well on the island. Google Maps works as well but Maps Me tends to do a better job for the offroad trails in my opinion.

Hello Hyro and Marleen. I just saw you talking about my question asking if either of you ever had a paranormal experience. I am grateful and touched by your willingness to respond to it with an honest and open heart. In a previous comment to you I told you how I was very impacted when I went to BUSHIRIBANA on my first trip ever to HEAVENLY ARUBA this past September. My visit there partially accounted for my question to you. I will keep watching your videos with the intent there is more to come!

I come to the island about two times a year. One year me and my husband were there during New Years Eve. I spent the entire night at Palm Beach picking up trash , instead of enjoying the fire works 🙄

Hello Hyro, I came back from Aruba this week. Even though the beaches are beautiful, seen so many strait dogs ruin my experience there. I went to the Aruba Carnival and Entertainment Village in San Nicolas and saw many there. I felt so sorry for them that I went back there 2 days in a row just before my return from vacation to bring them some dog food. Some of them were in a very bad shape and I’ve heard is a problem all around the island. I know is asking too much but if the government is doing nothing about it, that you could gather with people and organize sterilization campaigns or feeding them and make a video about it would be nice. I’m happy I was able to put my grain of sand and feed some of them but there is much to be done and I don’t live there. Unfortunately, me being sensitive in this topic makes me not want to come back to Aruba to not see that again

Hello Mauricio, I can assure you that this is something that has really bothered me for years. Los of promises but very little being done so far except for those wonderful folks at the per rescue foundations as well as those who adopt instead of buying. I am planning to tackle this topic in the future and will hope it makes a difference (for good). Thank you for expressing your opinion and concern, it helps bring awareness to things we should be doing a better job of💫

We have that same problem in PR actually it is getting better my sister works for a local volunteer center and she sends us photos every day of all the new strays that come in but they seem to find them homes really quick in the states so happy about that we actually brought home my baby betsy and her pups 🐶

Great Video! My wife and I went to Aruba 10 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it. We will actually be back there Feb. 12th- 18th and will be renewing our vows for our 10 year anniversary. We are super excited. We are bringing a lot of family an friends with us that have never been to Aruba. Is the beach at Tamarijn still tore up from the storm? Also, prayers go out to Marleen. Arubus doesn't have routes that go to Baby Beach right now. This is what I got from them when I asked on January 3rd, 2023. "Unfortunately we do not have those in service as yet, but we hope to have this solved very soon. We do have on the west part reaching all the way to Arashi up and running. East side we reach close to the entrance of the colony, but no baby beach yet"

I stand corrected, you are right. They used to but I believe stopped it during the lock down. I do hope they bring it back though.

Thank you for all the great video's. You both are in our prayers. Looking for some suggestions for our last night stay in Aruba in March 20th. We will be staying at Vistalmar Ocean Suites for a few nights then La Cabana until one day be fore we leave. Any spots you would suggest would be appreciated, it would just be on a Monday night, flight leaves at 2:00 pm the next day.

Not everyone likes it but I really think you should try it at least once. Some love it so much they will eat there every time they visit. It's certainly got a very local vibe to it.

Someone asked how you can navigate on the island without data. You can download the map beforehand and can use the map offline without any data, but only the gps when you are in Aruba

I can understand some of the language I hear a lot of Spanish. is there a large Latin / Spanish population on island ?

Yes, there is a large latin community here as well. Our own language is called Papiamento and it sounds between Spanish and Portuguese.

Hi it's been awhile. Maybe you remember me from when I met you in Aruba in June 2022. Watching this video it seems like Palm Beach has more businesses then the area of CDM where I stayed. Is this accurate? All the best to Marlen re her health.

I know what i think is happening, maybe you have to allow my messages first. I think they are recognised as scam or advertising messages. The moment i write the name of the most popular search website off the world, i see my message dissapears. So i try to avoid that in my answer i gave this time. P.s. can you check if my messages are in your box where you have to decide if you allow them or not? I'm just very curious. Thank you and take care and i hope Marleen will get healed.
