Great to hear you be so open about the training, think it's easy when you just look at KZfaq and strava then everyone is on top of their game all the time

Thank you! And yes, it's so easy to compare to others or get stressed when we have a bad session, but it's important to know it happens to everyone and it's part of the process! Hope your training is going well x
