Investing in a high-end luxury watches such as a seamaster can be an exhilarating yet complex financial choice. While these watches may increase in value over time, they also come with maintenance expenses and potential depreciation factors that need careful consideration.

I once dropped my Aqua Terra onto the tiles from a height of five feet. I heard a big bang, checked my watch and nothing had happened. Then I looked at the floor fearing I had broken some tiles... I was probably lucky, but on that occasion the watch had proven to be super solid.
@dudeymcduderson2 ай бұрын
What's good to know is that if your Aqua Terra was under warranty and the glass had cracked and movement needed servicing Omega would have covered that under the warranty. I don't know if any other brands do that.

First of all cheers for answering my question, I've been following this channel for many years and to see this made me both happy to be in the video in a small way and annoyed to see my own spelling error meant to say buy not by, gotta love phone spell check XD. As for your answer makes sense, you’ve grown a lot since the early sub and explorer video days in the kitchen and 30k would really drive you and your overall buisness forward. I do get what you mean when it comes to daily use of something like a Vacheron, AP and Patek. I was considering get the Vacheron 56 a year or 2 ago and decided against it as I was worried about costs if I was to damage such a thing. I daily my watches and I have on occasion dropped a watch or 2. It was on carpet but still made me nervous. That watch was a Datejust 41 and that thing ran beautifully, was accurate to the second when comparing the time to my phone. I not sure if I would be as lucky with the big 3. Looking forward to the future content. Again thanks for answering, this put a very big smile on my face :D. About_timegb

Regarding the £30k watch part, your point also makes sense for why to spend £30k on a Rolex and not a more fragile being from AP, PP etc. So I did and I don't baby the Rolex, nor does it feel like I should. A daily that carries real gravitas.

No judgement here! Yes, we will have straps available on our store that would suit your watch. You need to measure the distance between your lugs to know which size to buy, but I believe it's likely to be 21 or 22mm depending on the model reference that you have. Hope this helps!
