This touches me right now thank you so much! My husband and I have been in such a rocky marriage the last 2 years. It is our 5 year anniversary the beginning of November. I think its hitting us that 5 years is a long time and maybe when we first married we had hoped we would figure out all the smaller things about eachother that caused us fights but we haven't. We married quickly had children quickly and throwing in all the hormones from pregnancy, nursing and a womans cycle it is hard on a relationship. We have moved 3 times in 5 years as well and my husband has traveled because of work too. But hearing real couples talk and be so open about thier issues and how you move forward together brings me hope. Tha k you for making this video you did very well!

Relating to your arguments question - it is so true that before you get emotional, couples need to try to communicate and talk about the problem. It definitely saves a lot of unnecessary heartache from hurtful words we don’t mean and resentment setting it - which usually ends up with one person or the other going out and cheating on each other! This is real relationship goal that all couples need to learn - COMMUNICATE! thank you for sharing this point! 👏🏻

I’ve been married for 23 years, with my hubby for almost 25. Never once have we ever disrespected each other by cursing or calling each other a bad name. He’s never even told me to “shut up.” Trust me, we’re not perfect, like you said “no couple is,” but when emotions get high, and hurtful words come flying out, they can never be taken back. One can forgive, but it’s hard to forget. Been there, done that, in past relationships....... Sarah..... I love how you tell Kyuho “you hate me,” to make him laugh. When I’m upset with my husband, I say “you’re not my best friend right now.” That generally helps to break the ice with us. ☺️

And I know this is a bit cheesy and unrealistic, I am not a huge fan of the expression "couple goals" because it's so individual and we only see a percentage of your life in your videos, but I can definitely say I aspire to have a relationship as healthy as yours and to have genuine fun with another human being because you always make me smile when I see your interactions and you definitely give me hope. 감가합니다! :))

I love these Q&As and happy anniversary! I learned a lot about tips on marriage later on in life. Mostly because my parents didn't really know how to do it the first half of their marriage because there was no one to teach them this stuff so it took a while to figure out. Same with my parents, but it’s more mental and psychological due to fear of flying. But they’re making plans to visit me in fall, 2019. So I’m looking forward to that! 3. Oh my car question.
