We moved up to Cleveland for my husband to take a pastor position in 2019, 3 months after finding out our 2 year old has a rare genetic deletion. The Cleveland clinic is amazing! My kiddo has 5 Dr's with in the Cleveland clinic network and they are fantastic. Praying God directs you!

You guys look great and you always make me smile. The kiddos are getting too big! As for potty training, I started just by having a potty chair in the bathroom at around 15 months and whenever one of us used the bathroom she'd come in and want to do it too. She wouldn't always go but it got her used to the process. She'd wipe, wash her hands, the whole nine yards, and within a few weeks she was trained. A reward is always fun to add but I tried to avoid candy or food in general. She loved stickers or for me to put lipstick on her. Never had to deal with accidents at night and it was a peace of cake. I hope you get approval for the Mayo clinic sooner than later so that you can get to the bottom of things. I'm glad the second medication is helping to minimize the events. Take care from Oregon!

My faith was tested when my mom died of cancer & (8) months later my sister lost her battle with Breast Cancer & (3) days after my mom died I was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time….So I’m in “NO Evidence of Disease” for (14) years on the right & (3) years on the left & I’ve struggled with survivors guilt….I’m getting back on track with God 😊 but I’m having a hard time giving him my grief & guilt 😢 My prayers for everyone out their walking in your own shoes & your struggles too! Carlin & Evan my prayers for answers & healing for Carlin are daily…I love your family ♥️

Potty training; so I had two boys and what worked EFFORTLESSLY for us…bought a kids stand alone potty and every time me or their dad had to “go”, we took our boy with us. By the time they got too big for their potty, they grasped the concept and had no problem transitioning to the big potty. Good luck!

As someone who lived with an undiagosed brain injury for nearly four years, I would HIGHLY recommend counsling. Chronic health struggles have such a deep emotional/mental toll on you and having support/help in that area is priceless. It was a huge game changer for me personally, so I really encourage you to pursue it!

3:05. Way to go, Katie! Immortalized on video throwing up--hahaha. 13:50. I did the Human Sling Shot back in 1998 at Seaside Heights, NJ. (MTV had their "Beach House" there that summer airing daily). 1 week after I did the Human Sling Shot ride the ride was on the news that the two Poles that the lines were attached to BENT and the cage crashed onto the boardwalk. No one died, but the people in the cage were injured. I just stared at the news with my fiancee at the time stunned. Yea, I wouldn't trust that ride ever again anywhere--hahaha.

Potty training advice: don’t try to follow all the advice 😂 I totally tried to perfectly follow all the advice with my oldest, and it did not go well. It just wasn’t what she needed, I guess. With my second I just winged it and it went beautifully. 👌🏻 Now I’m about to potty train my third (she’s Layla’s age), and this is actually my second go round with her because it just didn’t work the first time 🤷🏻‍♀️ All kids are different. Just do what works…and if you don’t know what works, don’t be afraid to get it wrong. She’ll be potty trained eventually! I love y’all! Thank you for your uplifting, encouraging videos. I went to Mayo Clinic after years of mysterious health issues. They did a week of testing and got everything figured out. They are an incredible system & team. Also very insurance friendly for us. Praying for you and your family!
