You look really good today Emily. You know, I am 63 years old and just started going to the gym since I retired. I don't enjoy it; I bring music and my Kindle so it makes it less dull. But every time I'm tempted to just bag it and go home, I think of you and stick it out. You are already immortal in the number of lives you've touched just by your strength, your wit, your determination, and your just sheer joy in living -- which Aisha clearly shares with you. And your speech is back to normal, which I'm happy to see.

I LOVE them both so much, if Emily was still here with us cancer free, I would travel from the states to have a personal training session. That's how much I loved watching and learning from that an amazing person ❤

I come back to these videos from time to time. I just cannot wrap my head around how someone like Emily (or anyone!) has to go through something like this and eventually is taken from this world because of it. Emily I am extremely sad that you have passed, it seems so unfair! You fought so very hard and were so very courageous! The world has lost a beautiful soul, but heaven has welcomed an angel! You have inspired so many people, I just wish I had started following your vlog sooner, so that you could have seen how many people you have touched and will continue to touch! Aisha, I know you’ve heard this before, but I don’t think you realize how much you have inspired people! I am a mother of three adult children with a progressive neuromuscular disease and my husband has it as well. We did not find out until our oldest was 14 when he and his dad, my husband were diagnosed. The two girls were then diagnosed over the next year and a half. My oldest, my son is now 32 and pretty much wheelchair bound. He needs help dressing, bathing, bathroom needs etc.. and I am his primary caregiver. You have shown such love and patience, I only hope I can always show my son, daughters and husband that same love and compassion as their health and physical abilities worsen! Emily, you seem better than you have been of late. I have incurable sarcomatoid renal carcinoma and found our videos in January. My cancer was found after a pathological fracture to my femur. Your videos have motivated me to have the confidence to go back to the gym now to rehab my leg. Great to see you!

I think both of you are absolutely amazing. I have been having a very hard time dealing with my nieces’ stage 4 cancer diagnosis which came out of the clear blue because of routine surgery. You are both incredibly strong and well spoken. You have really given me support as a former nurse , as a mother myself and as an aunt to provide support and to understand what my niece, her family , her friends and her fiancé are going through. What I love about Aisha is that a) she was probably always amazing but b) she’s really showed us all that being supportive and positive is also a daily task that also takes daily work. I hope to emulate her in my own life 💛
